Like, what?
I called in to ask why I was being charged $2.99 for the “free” and was advised that I was getting a discount. And if I cancelled and then wanted to join again it would cost me $23/month. I told the girl to just leave it as is, and then I get a notification that I will be paying $3/month. Like, how? Why? What the heck?
I’m definitely calling back to request the cancellation now.

TERRRRRRRIBLE
I spent 4 hours working on a resume. When I went to checkout and purchase their 14 day subscription for $2.95 .. I get payment issue errors. I then find out they can only take credit card - -this should be a disclaimer BEFORE you use their service, none the less, I attempted the purchase with not 1.. not 2.. but 3 different credit cards/ different banks and the issue persist. I spent hours chatting with support for them to be not the slightest of helpful or show any care. I was told they would escalate... I heard nothing back. I would not recommend anyone use this service.
