Sophie is just lovely, she is super sharp and smart. Its been the experience i wish I'd done years ago. She was very quick to help me find my words to express my past employment without monotony. I read her 1st take on this very specific cover letter, I was so impressed.. anything I questioned she was very thorough and explained everything to me and made it make sense. That was refreshing and impressive, I love learning new things from the younger generation.

I worked with ResumeSpice to refresh my resume. I'm a product manager with 13 years of experience and have always excelled at work. I have used two versions of a resume they provided me for over three months now, and have not received a single interview request. I have found their customer service to be very friendly but ultimately unhelpful. I eventually emailed them and explained that the resume they provided has not gotten me a single interview, and requested a refund so that I could seek out a service that maybe specializes in Product and Tech and they refused, despite advertising that they guarantee their work.
