Their business email is a gmail account and they have copy pasted terms from another site. Entire website full of mistakes and disjointed information.
Don’t be robbed and avoid.
i made an order on the 25th February 2021, i received an email stating that my order had been shipped on 9th March. it is now 9th April and i have not received my order nor have i received a response to my many emails to them. i wish i’d looked at these reviews prior to making my order to save myself the hassle. awful company, avoid at all costs.
This company did not deliver on the order and did not respond to 5 emails. I have eventually had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.
Looking at all of the other reviews is is probably a scam.

On the 9th Feb I ordered a quad bike for our great grandson costing £90. To date I still haven't received it. I have sent 4 emails and they haven't replied to any and being a pensioner I cannot afford to loose this amount of money.
This isn't even one star. I wish I had read this before I ordered, it’s definitely a scam website. I ordered a folding pet gate which broke a couple days after delivery. I’ve followed up with customer services twice now for a refund and no response at all. I have started a chargeback today.

Scammers - How Google can justify prompoting these crooks in their serach listings is beyound me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. 2 weeks and the goods have not even been despatched, no replies to email and no telephone number available.

RETAILKINGS FAULTY MERCHANDISE AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. AVOID.
I ordered an item from the Retailkings site on 9th February 2021. I received an email on 13th February 2021 saying that the item had been shipped. Today 1st March 2021, nothing has been received and my emails have not been responded to.
After reading other people's reviews of the site, I am beginning to believe that the site, may very possibly be a scamming exercise.
