1. Have our investment property revalued for equity
2. Change the repayment of our interest only investment property loan to include both Interest and Principal payments
3. Find us a lower rate so that we keep paying the approximate same monthly mortgage on an interest & principal loan with an increased loan amount (including equity) on our investment property ...
From the first conversation, Hark believed this all to not only be doable, but he also added that he will help us to get out of the rent market and put us into a position to buy a primary property with the equity as deposit out of our Investment property.
I honestly believed this all to be too good to be true at the beginning but Hark delivered on every single promise.
We are now the proud home owners of both our investment property, which Hark assisted in being valued much higher than what we ever hoped for as well as our very own Primary residence, with money to spare to do some renovations!
Hark and his team will remain our Brokers of choice, as we are most certainly not at the end of our property portfolio. Especially since we have such a great team to help us navigate the journey.
