Worse than 1 star. I ordered two t-shirts in February of this year and I’ve heard nothing, like all the other similar reviews here. No update on the progress of my order, only being told by the company “…we strictly adhere to the policies clearly outlined…” (referring to their refund policies when I asked for a refund) how is a company going to take my money and then refuse to provide any information…FOR TWO T-SHIRTS!! Or give a refund….definitely feels scammed, never ever buying from here again, if you want stuff from here - buy a year ahead of when you actually want it.

Negative stars wouldn't be low enough. Awful experience with this company. I was waiting 11 and a half months to NOT receive my order and be blindly refunded without any explanation or apology. Each step of the way I had to chase down the company to be told the item was still processing and there was an issues. Not once did they reach out to apologise or advise me on the status. I was offered a pick of 1 extremely low quality exchange items not worth half of what i was originally paying for. I was by no means blowing up their emailed but the 4 day wait turned into a 3 week wait and still no reply to my questions being seeminly ignored. Only to be told via the instagram page my order was being refunded after not asking for it and no other information given. Absolute joke of a company extremely unprofessional stay well clear

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Made a purchase and never received the product. After numerous emails with no response. Will be taking it further to the ombardsmen

I placed an order for two shirts on December 4th — it’s now August, and I still haven’t received a thing. I’ve contacted them multiple times, gave them a 7-day deadline to fix it, and even after 9+ days, I’ve heard nothing back.

Their responses (when they bother replying) are full of excuses and delays. No refund. No tracking. No resolution. Just silence.

Order #36497 – Paid CAD $100.59.

Let me be clear: this is theft, plain and simple. They’ve taken my money and failed to deliver any product or service. If you’re thinking of ordering from them — don’t. This brand looks slick online, but behind the scenes, it’s nothing but dodgy, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent.

I’m now taking this further:

Reporting to Scamwatch Australia

Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Canada (BBB)

Submitting a dispute with my bank for chargeback

Leaving honest reviews on Trustpilot, Reddit, Google, and anywhere else they show up

Sending all receipts, emails, and screenshots to ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission)

If Retaliation Project doesn't make this right immediately, I’ll make sure their name gets dragged through every consumer protection and public platform I can find.

We placed an order on December 31st, 2024 for a pair of sweat pants, hoodie and t-shirt. Our full order has still not been received. We are still awaiting the pair of sweat pants. It took forever to get the two other items as well. We only received them after we emailed the company several times. The response from the company is that the product is coming soon, sorry about the wait. I have never heard of a company taking over 7 months to fulfill your order. This is unheard of and quite frankly ridiculous. People’s taste can change in this amount of time. We are hoping that we get the sweat pants soon but I wouldn’t be surprised if we receive them in December. That would be a year. In summary, we would never ever consider ordering or recommending this company to anyone.

I ordered 2 shirts, 3 months ago. They haven’t arrived nor have they even shipped. I asked the company for a refund and got back a passive aggressive email about they won’t refund due to them being a “small company”. Totally worthless company, and I’m certain they are scamming people.

Ordered 3 months ago, still "in process of creating then shipping", disputed with my bank, bank could'nt do anything. Absolute joke of a company

Speaking of today , it has been nearly 3 months since I ordered one shirt . ONE. last month I sent them a mail asking about the whereabouts of the shirt , receiving the multiple quoted " still in progress, will be delivered soon" mail. When I first saw the guys fitness content and shirts online I was immediately hooked, should have checked online before ordering.

Without sure proof I cant legally say that it is an absolute scam but it sure as hell feels like one, sadly.

I ordered three items. Two came after 3 months. One never came. I sent them multiple e-mails but the customer service didn´t care at all. They say it´s their policy that they can just keep your money for something you don´t get.

Don't buy this clothing. They will steal your money. I ordered a couple shirts months went by with no delivery. Emailed them and was told it was still in production. Month went by emailed again got same response. Wanted a refund and they said they donr refund order.

Kinda long wait (3 months) but great quality and print👍 if these guys could get some stuff in order this brand has crazy potential

Ordered sweatpants and hoodie in December. March comes around and I emailed them asking for a timeline of when it would ship. Was told "shipping soon". Another two months goes by and I just ask for a refund which they basically told me to pound sand as "sales are final". Ended up just doing a chargeback on my card to get my money back.

Just the worst. Shame.

SCAM. They refuse to send the items and refuse to refund because they are "small company" Funniest thing i ever heard. The youtubers supporting this should be sued

Been a year never got my items don’t order from them they’re scammers and got away with it.

I regret not looking at reviews before buying off their website it has been a little over a month and have gotten no update on my order. Their refund policy doesn’t make any sense there are single person teams that have better customer service than this company

I wish I could give this a higher rating, but my honest experience was not good.

I ordered 3 shirts, a hoodie and a lanyard on March 12. Only one shirt and the lanyard arrived over a month later, on April 30. After contacting support multiple times, all I got was the same automatic email about their 'production window'. Eventually I had enough and filed a chargeback about mid-May. So far, the remaining items are still in 'shipment limbo'. It's truly a shame, because the designs on the merch are actually incredible.

🐶💩company. Ordered a shirt that never came after months, asked for an update on the ETA of when it would be here and got a response saying they were working as hard as they could on it. Looked at it after a few more weeks and it said my order had failed to ship so I reached out about a refund and they gave me some bullshit about not being able to refund because they’re a “small business”. I would understand that if I had not liked the size or something but I literally just never received the product. 😭 F this company 🖕
