Slow delivery but good quality

Ordered last year in November for christmas. A hoodie arrived in late April and pants arrived this October. The quality is good, but it also arrives in cheap Chinese bag.

Never received my order

Ordered on September 4th. Have emailed back and forth with their customer support provided on their website and have gotten nowhere. Spent over $80 on a sweatshirt. They cannot meet the deadlines stated on their website and order forms. Poor customer service with no meaningful answers for any questions. No refund policy.

Shipping

I ordered two shipments worth of clothes expecting it to come within 3-4 weeks like it said it would. It has already been 7 and counting, and I honestly don’t expect it to ever come in after reading these reviews. Should’ve done more research on the company instead of just ordering sick clothes because the company sponsors Shans😔.

Lies to their customers

Not only has it been a long time since i ordered (over 100 days) but the company also lies about it’s own policies. I was told by customer service that after 98 days I’d be eligable for a refund. However. When I applied, they told me all sales are final. I strongly advice not to purchase anything from here. I cannot provide any photos in this review due to trustpilot not giving me the option. However I have screenshots of everything they have said I found relevant.

I placed an order on Aug 12 It is now December 3 Where is it? They constantly make excuses and keep telling me 4 more weeks. This company is a Scam
Taking people's money and not offering a refund. Now I am out 2 sweatshirts and 2 t shirts. There answer is pick out another product it will take 4 to 6 weeks I dont understand But yet the owner is on Tik Tok about his gambling life. I want answers ,WARNING DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam

Bought a shirt in 2023 and while it took awhile to arrive I was happy with the quality. Bought two more a few months ago and only one ever came and the one that did ship is complete dogshit quality. When I ordered, the images / sizing on the website was the same as the first time I ordered, but when it arrived it was completely different terrible quality. You have been warned.

This is literally the worst brand I…

This is literally the worst brand I have ordered from. Let’s start of by their incredibly long delivery time. I waited half a year for my order. Literally 6 months worth of wait. On their website in the description of the hoodie I ordered it said 100% cotton but when it arrived it was 85% cotton 15% some chemical bs. I also ordered a t-shirt with a nice print, after 2 washes it was gone. They also have compression shirts with print that starts peeling fairly quickly. I shared my experience in their instagram comment section and they REMOVED MY COMMENT and then they contacted me in my dms and offered free stuff to change my mind. It’s been almost one whole month and they just ignore my messages; that’s why I decided to share my unpleasant experience here where they cannot silence the truth. I would not recommend it to anyone. I regret spending my hard earned money with this unserious company. Please stay away from them.

Money do not deserve one star. The review below with 5 stars is an affiliate of the company DO NOT BELIEVE THEM they are thieves and I lost almost 100$ . I never got my order and they never refunded me.i will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Never got my order

Never got my order. Waited close to 4 months before cancelling as I heard 0 news, no shipping confirmation or anything. We’ll see if I get my money back….It said the item was already in stock when I ordered too. Customer service was poor. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

bullshit

bullshit. they continuously updated their terms and policies to avoid giving proper responses to their customers on a estimate of when they can expect their orders, and finally after 122 days am i eligible for a refund. since ive ordered, i havent gotten one update on my order, just that it is "in the process" everytime i emailed THEM on any updates.

Retaliation shipping and items

I've ordered multiple items recently and they have come quickly as stated with the new shipping policies. They really stepped up their game and I can only see it getting better. The items themselves are also very high quality and are my favorite things to wear.

Im so disapointed

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a hoodie from this brand four months ago, but despite countless messages with their Instagram support, I still haven’t received my order. Each time, the admin assured me that the product was on its way, but there’s been no change, and I feel like I’m just being strung along at this point.

It’s especially frustrating because I genuinely love the brand and was looking forward to receiving my hoodie. I wanted to support their style and quality, but the lack of reliability has left me incredibly let down. I hope they improve their customer service and shipping in the future, but unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to order from them again.

Super long wait times..

Ordered some items that were pre-made, which means that I should've gotten them in less than a month. It's been 3 months now - no items, customer service just keeps repeating the same line (we will get it shipped out as soon as possible). What year is this? Why do pre-made items take several months to ship? Somehow every other company has figured it out - except them. That should tell you something.

Low Quality items/Longest shipping time in existence

I ordered a sweatshirt, sweatpants, and a tshirt 9.5 months ago. The sweatshirt/pants said they were custom made so they would take longer, but the shirt was premade. The shirt took 2 months to get to me, and even then the shirt was horribly sized, very tight around the arms but extremely loose around the chest and waist. the sweatpants were shipped 6 months after the order was placed, and I actually really enjoy the quality of them. 9.5 months later I still have not gotten the sweatshirt. I have emailed them numerous times, pleading to get this item, every single time it is either an excuse or they say "we will let the fulfillment team know" but I still have not gotten any update. Very unfortunate because their clothes are very visually appealing and some are very high quality, but the due diligence this company takes towards their customers is just not good at all.

ordered three items in may and emailed them multiple times and each time they said it would only take a little longer, 5 months later i told them if i didnt get the clothes in two weeks i needed my money back and they immediatley canceled my order

Please read policies before

Shipping times while long are labeled in their policies as such. I've ordered several times from "RP" and the quality continues to be worth the wait. Any time I've had issues with wait times outside of the timeline they've always offered either a swap for an item in stock or a credit for my patience. Recent drops have switched to Canadian production really helping the wait times. I found out about RP because of Shan and have supported them ever since
