Unreliable and Inappropriate CS

After multiple attempts to have someone check into an issue for me the customer service rep only responded when I made mention of filing a complaint. Not only did the not respond timely they accused me of harassment for reaching out over and over after not getting a response. Also, the customer service agent literally had “psycho” in the name and had a picture of Christian Bale from “American Psycho” as his profile picture. I did ask if I could speak to someone in regards to my purchases as things weren’t quite adding up and he suggested I pursue legal action as he claimed I accused him of “stealing.” The whole ordeal was unprofessional and that of dealing with a teenager. They had now “black listed” my account so I can’t claim the tokens I had purchased. I did file complaints on federal and state levels but I doubt I’ll get my money back after all the time I’ve been spending trying to follow up.

1000% SCAM

**IMPORTANT: SCAM ALERT - RETIK FINANCE!!!**

Please read and help spread the word.

I will report Retik Finance to the FBI every day until they finally investigate. FYI – 99% of the posts and comments are from bots. These fake accounts create posts that make it look like people made successful purchases and are thanking the admins for smooth transactions. Do not believe them. They are all part of the Retik Finance scam! Avoid them and report them to the FBI immediately.

Thank you!

Urgent: Report of Scam Operations by Retik Finance

Dear FBI Cyber Crime Division,

I am writing to report Retik Finance for their scam operations conducted through online and social media accounts. Here is a detailed account of my experience:

I discovered Retik Finance via CoinMarketCap's website and joined their Telegram account. On June 5, 2024, I decided to purchase some Retik tokens but encountered difficulties connecting my wallet to their site. One of their admins, Panther, announced on Telegram that anyone experiencing problems should let him know. I replied to the public chat seeking assistance.

After verifying that Panther was a legitimate admin, he offered to help me connect my crypto wallet.

Shortly thereafter, I noticed that $663 USDC had disappeared from my Coinbase web3 wallet, even though I never shared that address with Panther or gave him permission to access it. When I confronted Panther, he admitted to receiving the money and assured me that I would receive the Retik tokens in my Coinbase wallet. However, the tokens never arrived.

The next day, June 6th, additional funds amounting to $800 were stolen from my Coinbase wallet. This indicates a highly professional and dangerous scam operation that continues to victimize people.

I have taken screenshots of our entire conversation as evidence and have messaged all the admins of Retik Finance on their Telegram account for assistance, but no one has responded. I also sent an email to them but received no reply. Panther continues to taunt me, claiming he stole my crypto assets and that there is nothing I can do about it.

I am deeply concerned that Retik Finance is scamming numerous innocent people, potentially defrauding them of millions. Therefore, I urge you to investigate Retik Finance as a matter of urgency. I am willing to provide any proof I have to assist with the investigation.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

All Deception and Lies

They said they were listing on multiple big exchanges at launch which was a LIE. They said presale buyers would get their coins at launch which was a LIE. They only give you 5% of what you purchased per week and yes! you can only get the 5%! You have to make 20 different transactions to get all your coins! They don't allow you to save it up and let you get it all at once!!! Also you have to pay a damn gas tax to get your coins from them!!! So you are paying money to get your money!! Their communication by far is the worst I've encountered. They misled us investors to buy in and get stuck waiting for our coins while when the price jumped past $2.50 they cashed out for substantial profits. Not once did they ever state that you only get 5% per week and it doesn't stack and have to pay money to get your money! If this was stated, they wouldn't of had the presale blowup like they did. I hope they burn for burning the investors.

Absolute scam

Absolute rug pull. They pumped the early price, and now it has lost more than 90% of the $3+ it reached an hour after launching. All the while, investors who bought during the presale are only allowed to claim 5% per week over a period of 20 week of what they bought during presale. Every week's 5% claim comes with huge gas fees in order to actually claim the tokens. The same tokens that'll be absolutely worthless by the time the 20 week claiming period is complete. The company are a SCAM, as they've pumped the early price and then completely bottomed it by the time early investors get their tokens (which will be worth less than the presale prices).

The company are also doing absolutely nothing to attempt to rescue the price. Instead, they continuously pump out paid promotional content they write themselves, in some vague and futile attempt to hoodwink investors into thinking the price is gonna rocket. Be clear about this token, it is being driven into the ground by its owners and every day it loses over 20% of its value.

Do NOT buy Retik tokens and keep your money far, far away from them.

I bought 16,000 RETIK Tokens in it's…

I bought 16,000 RETIK Tokens in it's ICO stage, There was nothing mentioned that ICO investors would have their tokens held for 21 weeks and only receive 5% per week. When RETIK launched it hit $3.00 each and finally after 5 years of playing with Crypto I thought I had made a wise investment. I had made $47,000 from my $5000.00 investment. Only problem is I had no access to the tokens so I have painfully had to watch my investment dwindle to nothing with this RETIK RUG PULL. I have decided I have had enough of Crypto after losing 20k. If you are not connected "Insider Trading" you will lose everything, It is very sad that the world has come to this point. 1929 will repeat itself all over again because of GREEDY PEOPLE. Love for neighbor is gone! Equilibrium and a good life for everyone is nothing but a pipe dream. Remember Scammers... what goes around... comes around ;)

I had hoped this project was legit

I had hoped this project was legit, however, I am now not able to even see my presale tokens on a Ledger. Been there every day, but disappeared today. Ledger will now not connect to Retik, saying "action declined". I'm not the only one, check out the other 130 complaints on X 🥴

Stop with the complaints.

Everyone is complaining yet if you have actually paid attention to what's going on i.e the vesting schedule you'll know you can claim 5% of your tokens from the 29th of may then 5% a week after that on going for 20 weeks. Don't trash a project that you don't understand do your research, this project will be massive mark my words. Read the white paper do your research stop complaining.

Doesn’t seem positive

Of course, wouldn’t drop everything in, but certainly lost some based off my experience so far trying to get any information about the coin. More surprised at the number of sites still promoting Retik as a next big multiplier.
