Exceptional customer service from…

Exceptional customer service from retire and reset on a recent trip to Da Nang Vietnam. I booked to arrive 3 days before the package was due to start, they had arranged pick up from the airport to the hotel and it was waiting for me when I walked out of the airport. That's just the start and things only got better from there. Everything was thought of including a umbrella and a power adapter for phone charges and so on. The local host, was excellent, everything was well communicated and explained, having her was a real bonus, especially for someone who had not been to Vietnam before. Every planned day for the tours was well worth doing. I honestly cannot think of anything bad to say about the whole 28 days that I was there. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I would not hesitate to recommend to my own family and friends. As the old saying goes "Do yourself and favour" and seriously look into the trips which retire and reset offer, you will not be disappointed. One very happy traveller.
