Upgrade to Windows 11
I had to upgrade from Widnows 10 to Window 11. This caused my plugins to stop working. I opened a chat and Tim responded and was able to help me. The total time was less than 5 minutes and everything is working as expected. I'm very happy with the products and the support I get from retouch4me.

If you buy a new device and need more activations, you can contact the online chat Support to do so, you cannot manually de-activate a license key. Thank you for the quick and helpful support!

Quick and easy
Very quick support by Tim, who guided me through removing and re-installing one the R4M-Plugins. The only downside to all of these really is the activation policy when you re-install your system, the plug-ins themselves and the support is fantastic.
