The item I bought is good.
But the communication is 0.
I sent 4 emails within 2 weeks to get an Invoice (I bought a chair for my company).

Great customer support
The customer support is top notch. Very friendly, understanding. My issue was solved in a very friendly and personal manner, which is not the norm these days. On top of that, we should support companies that help us become more sustainable, by reusing devices, that are still good.
