Avoid their Facial Laser & IPL treatment. I had worse results after the first treatment in January 2023 at The Retreat Health & Beauty Aesthetic Clinic in Eastbourne, UK. I waited a month to have the second treatment in February hoping my skin would improve. Instead of using IPL again, Sherri used an old ND Yag machine to do a test on a few small areas which was extremely painful and increased not only the number of thread/spider veins but made others prominent, one leaving a zigzag line. She did not use any gel to protect my face. When I told her instead of trying to rectify she just abandoned me refusing to do any further treatments, refusing to put things right and refusing to even give a partial refund, her excuse that I didn't get the results I wanted/expected! The Clinic / Sherri cares nothing for your wellbeing when something they do goes wrong.
