Clothes are very cute, are better quality than most, and not too long to arrive. The problem is the return policy. All my dresses were too big except one (i did measure myself beforehand). The return window is short but i made it.
Ready for this? Shipping back was $40 just for 2 of the dresses.
I don't mind paying for return shipping but i expected it to be $10 maybe $20, not $40???

The delivery was about a month late. However, we received everything. My daughter is very happy. I thought it might be a scam, but everything arrived as ordered. I highly recommend improving communication.

I order a dress last may and it’s been over a year and I never received it. I have since asked for a refund but the company have ghosted me ever since. Avoid this company! It’s a scam!

Stay away. They say they accept returns but what they don’t tell you is that they’ll insist you return to China, to an address that has no tracking available. Yet, they ship to you from US and show up on credit card as Bri g in Toronto.

Absolutely breath taking attire! Their is hard work, love, and dedication into these gorgeous peices. I got my package in a fast timely manner and Retro Fairy team was extremely helpful in the entire process to what I requested, ordered, and also the shippment. They are so patient and took the time to even reply to my responses. And a bonus, I got a cute free gift with my order and they will go lovely with my blouses I ordered. An outstanding team and proud to be apart of the Retro Fairy Family.

I ordered a dress from Italy, and the shipping was very fast.
The dress is more beautiful than the photos, and the finishes are very nice and so is the fabric.

Very satisfied w/ my order! I ordered their green plaid dress which was custom sized and it fits me nicely. Fast shipping than I am used to w/ similar sites and the dress was good quality even w/ extra jewelry as gift. If you live in Europe, u won’t have to pay custom taxes or VAT since its taken care of.
