Unusable, poor fitting and no support after contacting the company
Beware

I ordered replacement headlight reflectors for my Ford Focus ST 2.5 that I had seen recommended on a YouTube video. The product was ok, I had to partly modify myself anyway to get them to fit.
In the run up to my parcel being delivered, I had an email from UPS telling me that I needed to pay an import tax fee of £51 odd quid.
THERE WAS NO MENTION OF AN EXTRA IMPORT TAX PAYMENT WHEN I WAS AT CHECKOUT!!!
The driver dropped off the parcel without taking payment as he didn't know how to take payment.
This charge has now been increased and given to a debt company to handle!
I am very reluctant to pay this fee but do not wish for it to keep growing.
Not happy at all, I hope the company can reply to resolve this issue.

I first contacted RetroFitLab to ask if they can help me see better at night on my Mazda RX-8 with halogen headlights. After a short discussion on email we figured out that the MX-5 NC Bi-LED kit they had might work on the RX-8 and so I went ahead and purchase it and test fitted the projectors and they fit perfectly! I now can finally see at night thanks to them and the amazing Aharon AtomLED X2 Projectors

Company delivered product that was whole and functional, great tutorial on how to fit the product on my car. However, the bad part about this purchase was that they used UPS for delivery, they failed to deliver multiple times, and in the end just left my package at my neighbours without any signature (which was required). Horrible experience, Retrofitlab should reconsider using UPS as their delivery company.

Great service and great product. I ordered a Bi-LED projector kit for my BMW which unfortunately was misplaced by the courier. Retrofit labs were super helpful and soon re-shipped my order, which arrived promptly the second time around. Great comms and exceptional customer support, and a truly high quality product.

Bought 2 sets for legacy 2010 and they are great. Easy to fit and light power is amazing.

A very good reparation kit for my 2007 T25 Avensis. The installation video on Youtube helped a lot.

Only minor adjustments was done for the installation. Headlights required some height adjustment for MOT and once you are at it, it is a good idea to replace the wire connectors that are included in this kit with waterproof connectors.

I used it to repair the xenon headlights on my BMW X3 e83. The spare parts fit perfectly. The luminosity improvement is incredible. The delivery was really quick and I am more than satisfied.

I have been a Customer of Retrofit, and they have served me well. Their products are durable and more importantly, if you ever have an issue with Retrofit, they are always on hand to listen, and remedy or repair or replace what ever part, equipment that you have an issue with. So if you everver are thinking about whether to purchase their products, Take it from me, it will be money and time well spent

Every step of the way was great, thanks. My UK Volvo V50s dipped headlights (halogen bulbs) are far better now than they've ever been since I got the car in 2014 (it was 4 years old then!). Exchanging the old projector units for your upgrade was so easy I should have done it years ago instead of waiting so long. It's a much safer car at night now, especially with a 77 year old (me) behind the wheel! What were we Brits thinking about when we divorced from the EU? Retrofit lab were the only company I found that were offering compatible replacement projector units - the alternative is new headlights (totally unnecessary) at 3 times the cost at least!

Trusted seller. If there is not a predefined kit for your car, just contact them and they will come up with a custom solution for you. Delivery was fast.

In late July I purchased a bi-xenon rebuild kit for my MK4.5 Mondeo, the kit arrived safely in the UK from Holland, was relatively easy to install (thanks to a few Youtube videos) and once the headlight units were properly adjusted, the difference in light output in truly like the difference between day and night.

The one post installation query I had was responded to promptly and with the offer of assistance to resolve (as it turned out, I resolved the issue without needing to use RetroFitLabs.com customer service's offer of assistance).

The kit wasn't cheap but the performance is top drawer and certainly a lot less expensive that 2 brand new headlight units at £800 each from Ford!

I'd definitely recommend the company and their products.

I have been attempting to contact the company for assistance, but am getting no response. The parts received do not fit my car. When attempting to send email communications to info.retrofitlab.com, my emails are undeliverable. I have been unable to resolve the issue.

I don't speak the language but they're a great company.

Very fast delivery inside EU. Only negative I can think of was that the projector packages were open and upside down in the mailing box, so when I pulled them out everything dropped from the packages

Item was good and delivery was crazy fast!
