DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Do not buy from them. Learn from my mistake. The box they sent was faulty. They said they would send a replacement. Four months later, they have still not sent a replacement. The moment I asked instead for a refund they have stopped replying completely.

The box is amazing and works brilliantly but didn’t come with any instructions - some printed instructions would’ve been good.

I would give the product 5* but the customer service was really poor. Ordered on cyber Monday and didn’t receive any updates on the order. It didn’t arrive until after Christmas which was a huge shame. It did arrive though and wasn’t a scam as I was really worried. I’m mainly writing this so that anyone in my position knows it should arrive. I wouldn’t order wireless control pads!!

I purchased a retro gaming box 150 pounds last xmas, Waited months to receive it in the meantime emailed and emailed with no reply.Then when it did eventually arrive it did not work. and the controllers he sent did not work with the box, Sent him a message eventually when he got back to me he said send back to my address and i will refund your money.I sent it recorded to the address waited for a reply and he did not get back again he never signed for the box as i tracked it. Never seen the box or my refund again.My son has a disability and it was his benefits he used to pay for it he was so disappointed as all he has is his consoles. Be warned this man is a fraudster. I have already sent messages to trading standards but no reply, Now i see again he is trading and once more i can read the bad reviews about him.This message is to warn people not to waste their hard earned money and go to a reputable company where you can return it and have a guarantee he gave 14 days guarantee which is not adequate because when you received the product and time goes on he does not get back when he does he says it is over the 14 days so he cannot refund Beware this is a warning ! I think it is a police matter as he is selling hundreds is he on companies houseand does he pay tax check him out.

PLEASE READ!! SCAM COMPANY!!! Any positive reviews on here are from friends, family and/or employees themselves. Do not buy. Go on Facebook page and see all the comments!!! Don’t get scammed by this company like so many others have. You will not receive your items and if you are the 0.1% that do, it will break in a matter of weeks. You will not receive wireless controllers as detailed and most of the games detailed are not provided. CHECK THE FACEBOOK PAGE!! COURT ACTION TO START SOON!!

I`m not a shill but this is what my experience was:

1) Saw Facebook add and ordered on Black Friday
2) Received email confirmation of order
3) After a week sent email as nothing arrived and received a reply stating they were running late due to order volume
4) Received email a few days later stating it had been dispatched.
5) 21st Dec handed a parcel from the postie with the item in.

Have to say I was concerned reading a lot of reviews like the ones on here but it really did arrive. Its also exactly like the video although you get the Nintendo wired controls not the wireless. Not that bothered at this price point and I can use my PS4 if I`m really fussed.

Using the interface is dead easy, Games easy to find and easy to load. Dashboard is very, very slick. So far, played Metal Slug, Crazy Taxi, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and Mario Kart 64!

SCAM SCAM .Paid for my item and they've taken my money and not sent it. They've blocked my messages and won't respond to any at all. BEWARE. This site is a SCAM

Stay away from here. I lost £129.99 just before Christmas. Nasty people. The company has dissolved in June. Fake company. Stay away

I am a genuine buyer, took 3 weeks to deliver, which was fine, communication via messenger was spot on, would buy from retro gaming again, once again i am a genuine gamer and this is an absolutely brilliant machine A ++++

Don’t know where to start. I paid for the console then they took an additional amount of money out my bank. Zero explanation and took nearly 2 weeks to refund.

They advised the console was dispatched 14/11/19 but the tracking code proves it was not until 29/11/19.

Shocking response rate, complete cowboys. Package arrived with different controllers to the ones I was meant to receive.

Recently received my box, prompt delivery, smooth transaction, really happy with box; I would use this seller again.

Utterly shameless con artists. My box was ridiculously late, worked for about a week then packed up, trying to get anything out of them after this is fairly pointless, they never reply. Can't phone etc, I imagine their email inbox is full of complaints.

I tried to recoup my money through paypal with no luck, they are not interested.

Be very aware of them and read all the reviews, even if the thing works, (which if you read it often does not) it will be weeks late and nothing like you expect.

I imagine this is some guy working somewhere ripping these things out hundreds at a time, with no admin, he is probably worth millions, mainly from conning people.

Just do NOT buy from here, please, or you will feel like you have been ripped off, the machine is really not worth it, half the game don't work.

I received my box 2 weeks ago great communication and have no complaints. Its a great piece of kit and so glad I took the plunge.

Thief and scammer , DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY !!!!i am pursuing legal means to take this guy to task. Too many people have been ripped of by this individual, he is now swearing and sending threatening emails. I have reported him to police (outright fraud) also have contacted trading standards. How many people have had refunds from this guy ? We can get a form of class action against this guy and get him banned from facebook. Contact me.

DO NOT order from this website.
I placed my order on the 17th of December 2018 hoping to get this before Christmas as it was a present and was hoping it would arive on time as it said 2-7 days for delivery.
I emailed them on the 22nd of December as still no delivery but wasn't too fussed as I know how backed up things can get over Christmas, but all I got back was a generic email.
I received an update from them on the 2nd of Jan saying that my shipment was on it's way but when I clicked on the 'view your order' to track the delivery and see the status it showed as not even being shipped yet!
I emailed them again on the 11th of January as still NO delivery and again just got the generic email back.
It is now the 6th March and still no retro gaming box.
I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to try and get the £129.99 back.
I wish I'd looked at all these reviews before ordering! Please to anyone who is thinking of buying this DON'T, it is a scam and you will be left with a dent in your wallet and nothing to show for it!
If this even helps one person to stop making the same mistake I did then I'll be happy.
Fingers crossed my credit card company can sort it out!

Do not buy from here! The product was rubbish, awful graphics and none of the games it was supposed to have. The item took over 3 weeks to get to me and I immediately sent it back. The website states 7-9 days for a refund but instead the seller ignored me and I had to open a dispute with Paypal which has only just been settled in my favor (months after the purchase). I cannot believe I didn't check the reviews before I bought from this place. Really truly awful. I bought this as a Christmas Present and I have been massively let down by the seller and also Paypal.

Do not use this company, they didn't give me my refund when I returned their faulty machine, even after they received and signed for it! A dodgy outift, stay well away!

I waited a little longer then expected for my delivery but i suppose they were extremely busy. My retro gaming box is wonderful and i have not been off it all day , i would definitely recommend to anyone else

Took ages to arrive and when it finally arrived about 20 days later, the console looked amazing but the controllers would not sync correctly, so had to use the wire instead of wireless, after 2 weeks of use the console stopped working it would not boot at all. And after researching the console appears to use a Raspberry Pi device and it's a common problem, which is a shame to sell a console which is not guaranteed to function 100% or as described, I contacted the seller to return the item, they accepted the return.

Sent it Signed for Via RM Special Delivery, tracking says it's been returned to seller but seller claims they have not signed for it..
So it's not looking good, looks like I will have to contact my Credit Card Company and see if they can get my money back.
