Il peggior "non acquisto della mia vita" azienda veramente poco seria, ho richiesto tramite avvocato di annullare l'ordine. Creano post su facebook, cancellano i commenti negativi o quelli che non gli piacciono e ti "estromettono" da vedere ancora i post che hai commentato. (NON L'AHHNO FATTO SOLO CON ME MA CON ALTRI UTENTI)
Non ti aggiornano sull'evasione della merce, nessun tracking nulla di nulla. Consolle ordinata il 24 maggio ad oggi mai arrivata e loro se ne fregano di mail o pec inviate. Rispondono velocemente solo su facebook ma solo per chi chiede info sul prodotto da acquistare. Forse se fate l'ordine un giorno arriverà...ma davvero serietà pari allo "zero". Non parlo per partito preso, ho un ec-ommerce da 11 anni e so cosa significa assistenza online, questi sono davvero dei menefreghisti. E pensare che basterebbe poco. PESSIMI.
