Extrem unzuverlässig!!

Leider treten immer wieder Fehler auf bei der Rücksendung von Artikeln. Anstatt einfach das Rücksendeetikett einfach bei zulegen, muss ich online alles ausfüllen und dann hoffen das ich den QR-Code bekomme. Leider bekomme ich diesen nur in 50% der Fälle.

Das ist kein Einzelfall, sondern die Erfahrungen eines ganzen Jahres.

Kann jedem nur empfehlen, einen Shop zu meiden der dieses Unternehmen mit der Verarbeitung von Retouren beschäftigt.

Palautus tehty 3vkoa sitten, eikä mitään kuulu palautuksesta. Tuote ostettu tammikuun alussa, jolloin korttiani veloitettu, kävi minulla helmikuun puolen välin jälkeen päivän ja sen palautin, taas on hiljaista sekä tavarantoimittajan Royaldesign.fi (myöskään heillä ei asiakaspalvelu reagoi mitenkään viesteihin) että returnado.com kanssa. Todella pettynyt vetkutteluun, miten asiakkaiden rahoja pidetään itsellä.
