Thanks for playing our competitions and leaving a review - sorry you haven't won with us yet.

In response to your suggestion - we do give a lot back to all our customers for their support - completely free of charge with no obligation to buy more tickets. We have 2 x £500 cash competitions and 10 x £50 free credit draws live right now and we run free draws several times a week. We give Revvies credit on every purchase, and we run other bonus competitions all the time such as our free referral draw.

We also give away thousands in credit, vouchers and hoodies completely free on our live draws twice a week just for supporting us 🤝 and thanks to the support of all our customers we have raised over £1.2 million for charities so far including a record £120,000 last year for the Christmas Toy Drive 👍

With every competition we run however there is a fantastic prize that someone will win and that prize needs to be paid for, as well as covering our other business costs. Its simply not practical or financially viable to give refunds in terms of money or credit to every player who does not win.

Also please bear in mind a lot of our prizes cost tens of thousands of pounds and in some cases over £100k so while someone could win a huge prize on their very first ticket, which has happened many times its probably unrealistic to expect a win with the number of tickets you have purchased and then deem our company as "useless" in a 1* review when that doesn't happen.

We wish everyone who plays our competitions could be a winner, but as is the nature with completely random draws someone could win with their very first ticket, some people may win multiple times while others may not win for some time, if at all. Its down to pure random luck.

We do run the occasional brand new vehicle but you're right, most of our prizes are top quality and immaculate used cars. Working with a few select well established dealerships we can source perfect used cars for our prizes which means we can pass on the savings made in the form of lower odds or cheaper tickets 💪

Hi Chris,

Thanks for playing our competitions and sorry you feel our competitions and what we do rate so low.

We wish everyone who played our competitions could win a fantastic prize, but as is the nature of completely random draws someone could win on their very first ticket, some players may win multiple times and others may play for a while before winning a prize... or maybe not win at all.

While you haven't been lucky with your tickets so far you and all the other Rev Heads have helped us raise over £1.2 million for charity including a record £120,000 for the 2025 Children's Toy Drive 👍

Regarding the number of tickets - I've had a look at your account and can see you buy a mix of tickets ... thank you 🤝 ... but please bear in mind that some of the tickets in that number are for the free draws we run, and the lower price tickets. While every single ticket in a draw has exactly the same chance of winning, we do have a lot more tickets in the free / low cost draws. For example a lower odds draw at £5 a ticket would show as 1 ticket on your account, 10 low cost tickets at 50p each would be the same stake and odds, but would show 10 tickets on your account.

We've noticed that since introducing more free draws and more penny comps the number of tickets people are buying has increased significantly but the overall stake (in £) has not.
