I have been using the Reveal platform for about 3 months, but my e-mails are not returned.11.000 dollars of my payment was not deposited and they sent me an e-mail at that time and said that "this payment will be refunded to your customer" my customer has not received his refund for 1 month. please take care of the mail and return his money

I've been sending them a lot of mail since 05/08/2025, but they haven't even bothered to reply. Their PPP block them, so if you do business with them, I can guarantee you'll never get your money. They won't even bother replying to your messages.

It allows me to get paid by fans and they get the content instantly, the fees aren’t that high and usually they send the money within a few days to my account so I like it a lot

I've been using reveal for almost 5 months now, I've been an avid endorser to some of my fellow creators about this app/company. I know there's a process ensuring that there's no chargebacks from fans as all creators platform does, however this recent month of July this is where everything started -system and/or their financial team is now asking video proofs of the transaction which is supposedly anonymous to protect creators regardless what transactions took place. Now, they hold it more than 10days and coincidence that their PSP blocked them, I've seen creators being paid neither recieved their withdrawals since month of MAY - they could have anticipated by then yet no emails were being sent regarding payment issues before JULY- creators could have stop requesting for withdrawals by then, what is upsetting the most is when this issue is now confirmed - emails are not being responded. My account has €2400+ unsure of the status of it as their team isn't responding anymore to creators-

I like the UI and everything about the app is awesome. but the support is not doing anything at all.. i tried to contact them like 4x times, they said that they will respond within 12 hours - but it never actually happened.

They display a message saying "Sorry payments are temporary paused on Reveal, if you think that's an error please contact the support at su***@***.link" and when I contacted support they didn't even resolve my issue

It has now been four days since I first contacted you about my missing payment of €1,342 (due on [exact date]), and I have still received no response from your team. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

In addition, multiple clients continue to report that they cannot make payments on the platform, and Apple Pay remains unavailable — both of which are directly impacting my business and revenue.

I have always been a reliable and professional user of Reveal, and I expect the same level of professionalism in return. The lack of communication on such a serious matter is damaging trust in your platform.

I now require an immediate and concrete update on:

The exact status of my funds.

The precise date and time I will receive my payment.

If I do not receive a clear reply within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter and share my experience publicly to warn others in the creator and media community.

I would prefer to resolve this amicably and privately, but that requires your urgent cooperation.

I expect your prompt reply.

Bad Experience

Very simple and easy to set, website is pretty clear and instructions and help are available; usually tools like this require such a headache and had issue majority of time; I recommend using Reveal to anyone that is reading this review
