Shell use this third party to handle their voucher activation. Guess what? When there is an issue (as I had), they send you back to Shell. No-one takes responsibility. I am sick of all this 'third party of a third party' rubbish. Essentially a company set up on a promise, with no substance. A company that values customer satisfaction at precisely zero. Causes a bad impression on Shell by their actions.
