Made my payment on the 10th, brought it down to like $200 which is 20%. On the 17th y’all reported to my credit that I was over 73% usage and not even at that and it brought my credit down 17 points

Transaction history confusing
I don't like that when you buy something on the transaction history there is the item but also 10 different transactions with 0 balance. It gets confusing sometimes they are from different places that I did not go to but is associated with that one transaction.
