Unnecessarily difficult and obstructive cancellation process.
On 20 July 2026, I attempted to cancel my Reverse Life Marine Collagen subscription through the “Manage Subscriptions” section of my online account.
My account showed that I was being charged £23.99 every 20 days, with the next automatic payment scheduled for 26 July 2026.
I selected “Cancel subscription”. Instead of the subscription being cancelled, I was first required to select a reason for leaving. I was then taken through several retention screens, including an exclusive offer, a free gift and further messages describing the benefits I would supposedly miss.
I repeatedly declined the offers and continued selecting the option to cancel. However, the online process still did not complete the cancellation. Eventually, I was instructed to leave the website and send a separate email containing my subscription details. The website stated that cancellation could take up to 72 hours to process.
I originally believed that I was making a one-off purchase, so discovering that it had become a recurring order every 20 days was already concerning. The cancellation process made the experience significantly worse.
I have retained a full screen recording and screenshots showing every stage of the process.
In my experience, this was an unnecessarily burdensome and obstructive cancellation journey. A button labelled “Cancel subscription” should allow a customer to cancel clearly and directly, rather than requiring them to reject repeated offers and then send a separate email.
At the time of writing, I am still waiting for written confirmation that the subscription and the next scheduled payment have been cancelled.
Customers should check the recurring payment terms carefully and keep screenshots of both the checkout and cancellation process.

Reverse Life has certainly reduced my arthritis symptoms and discomfort in my joints.
Not sure its helped reduce my wrinkles but that's by the by really. I take it every day, not the most delicious taste but you get used to it. I would recommend this for joint pain and discomfort.
