Sizing charts are wrong

Bought a pair for my kid. Measured the waist and got the size off the revice sizing chart. Ordered the "empire jeans" 1/20/26. Received them late Feb. They were too big. Got a return authorization. Waited more than 2 weeks for them to get my return and apply my "store credit". So after remeasuring the waist, which was the same as last time, I ordered a size smaller figuring they'd be perfect. Well, after waiting another month for them to ship, they're TOO BIG AGAIN!! Now, according to Revice policy, I CAN'T RETURN THEM AGAIN for a size smaller yet. Their sizing is completely off. This is the last and only straw. Done with this "company". Sorry kid

This company is extremely dishonest. I ordered two items and it has been months since I ordered them and still have not gotten them. I tried to email several times with no response. I asked for a refund and they finally responded with we are unable to refund that is written in our policies. I consider that thievery. Take my money and never get the items. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Poor customer service and taken my money

Ordered two pairs of jeans on black friday, the first pair arrived late December and did not fit. After multiples messages about whether I should I return them or wait for the other pair, I got no response and the date for return closed. I tried to cancel to other pair as I knew they wouldn’t fit and they continued to send them and they arrived march 10th, almost 4 months after purchase. I sent multiple emails and was responded to by the same automated message every time. There is 0 customer service and they do not care at all. I am now in the process of requesting a chargeback as they wouldn’t even let me return the last pair of jeans the day after they arrived.

Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable shipping practices

My experience with Revice Denim has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I placed an order worth over €500, and the entire experience has been a mess from the start. According to the information on their own website, international orders should be shipped in one package once all items are ready. Instead, my order was split into three separate shipments, which directly caused unnecessary customs charges.

Because of this, I had to pay customs duties multiple times:
• €60 customs for a package containing four items
• €25 customs for one pair of pants
• €21 customs for another pair of pants

In total I had to pay €106 in customs fees, which would likely not have happened if the order had been shipped correctly in one package.
On top of that, one item from my order is still missing. I contacted customer service four times over more than a month, but I have never received any response. Emails are ignored and there is no proper customer support.
For a company selling premium-priced clothing, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Ignoring customers, shipping orders incorrectly and causing additional costs shows a serious lack of professionalism.
Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend ordering internationally from this company. Would give negative stars if ts was possible.

I am very happy with my purchase

I am very happy with my purchase. The jeans I ordered were the Vice denim jeans and I love them a lot. The measurements are accurate, and there was no smell coming from the jeans (the quality is amazing as well).
The shipping took a long time — I ordered on February 2nd, and it arrived on March 12th (keep in mind I am in Europe). I would warn though that you will have to pay some form of import fees if you are based in Europe (don’t know about any other countries or continents), which for me came around to an extra 25.99€ on top of the jeans upon arrival.
Overall I wouldn’t take all negative reviews to heart, because at the end of the day there are positive experiences out there. I would recommend buying from them if there is a piece of clothing you really love from their store.

Order not fulfilled and they refuse to refund

I placed an order for three items. I came wrong which just accepted as it was a Christmas present the another the items still hasn’t been shipped. It has now been 16 weeks delay. They have not once notified me of a delay until I chase them. They refuse to refund and tell me I have to wait until the item becomes available, which apparently could be indefinitely. Do not waste your money with this company!

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. They only have an e-mail, and it takes days to get back to you. Asked for a change on size for a pair of jeans that had not even shipped yet and do not even have a shipping date and they said the other size was not in stock either instead of just updating the size. They do not refund your money, and their policy is very misleading. They do not give refunds only store credit and only let you return the size 1 time. Can't reiterate enough how horrible their customer service is.

DO NOT buy from revice

I ordered a pair of jeans for about $100 on January 17th and by February 8th it still had not arrived. I emailed customer service, they apologized and said my order would arrive in 1-3.5 weeks. On March 5th I emailed them AGAIN, and they said my order hadn't even been shipped yet. This is the worst and most frustrating online shopping experience I have ever had.

200$ order missing

I placed an order for a pair of jeans and a matching jacket on December 3rd, 2025. What should have been a simple delivery has turned into months of confusion and silence.

The jeans have been marked “out for delivery” since January 29th. As I’m writing this, it’s March 7th, and they still haven’t arrived.

The jacket was marked “delivered” almost a month ago, yet I never received anything.

At first, I contacted customer service politely about the shipping delay. When the jacket was marked as delivered but never showed up, I emailed again. Their response? They suggested maybe a neighbor had it or that the delivery driver might have taken the package back if they felt the address was “unsafe.”

So I did everything I could on my end:

- I asked all my neighbors.

- I double-checked the address on the order.

- I searched everywhere around the building.

Nothing.

Since then, I’ve sent three more emails asking for explanations and simply requesting either my order or a refund. The order cost almost $200, so this isn’t a small issue.

And now? Silence. No replies.

So I’m writing this review in the hope that someone from the company finally sees it and responds (and as prevention) — because at this point, all I want is either the order I paid for or my money back.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Ordered two pairs of jeans over two months ago. One pair of jeans came a month and a half late and looked completely different than their website. I emailed them about it and they never even got back to me. The second pair still never came to this day. Terrible customer service, horrible morals, they are clearly taking advantage of younger girls who may not know how to stick up for themselves to get what they paid for. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Nothing about this company is special enough for anyone to go through this experience.

So customer service for this website is practically nonexistent they say to reach out via “ live chat” it’s not actually a live chat at all you never get to talk to a real person. I needed to exchange some things and I had to pay for return shipping and I’m pretty much being ghosted by customer service. I have reached out every day for about five days multiple times through multiple chats and I’ve heard nothing back about where my product even is. Worst customer service literally ever

we ordered my friend the denim cut out top OCTOBER, it is now MARCH and hasn't came!!! This is disgusting for a business that has such popularity cant even get there shipping right. This is a waste of my money seeing as it has been 5 months since my shirt should have come. This store is not relieable and after emailing many times they did nothing to help. I expect when I get a over $100 dollar shirt I get it in a reasonable time frame.

If I could select 0 stars I would. Reached out to customer service as my order has had no movement and if I could cancel order. Although it was not stated online, apparently the item ordered is a pre order item and they will not cancel the order. This is ridiculous have even started to fulfill the order then this should be easy to cancel. This item was supposed to have been part of a gift. Well we are going into weeks with nothing. Definitely do not recommend ordering from here unless you are prepared to wait weeks

I placed an order on January 16th for…

I placed an order on January 16th for $136. It has been over a month and my order is still "unfulfilled".
When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, I was met with an agent who refused, citing a ridiculous "2-hour cancellation window" rule. How can you refuse to refund a customer when you haven't even shipped the items after 6 weeks? This is totally illegal.
To top it off, when I insisted on my rights, the agent just replied with "Have a nice day :)" and stopped helping. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful brand I’ve ever dealt with.
I have now filed a chargeback with my bank and reported them to the authorities. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want to lose your money and get laughed at by their support.
