can someone help.

can someone please help me I am from South Africa and it ask me to verify my cell phone number by texting i don't understand how to do that because there is no number provided to text it keeps coming up over n over again and now it doesn't allow me to cash out this is starting to feel like one big misleading joke if anyone can assist i will appreciate it.thanks.
