Product took a lot longer to arrive than stated. Once it arrived I could not link my Google business page to it because I don’t pay for my page through “My Google Business” asked to return it and they advised that I would have to pay postage to AUSTRALIA! In the original packaging but then would also have to pay a 10% fee to re package the item! Do not buy from this company. Absolutely useless customer service and absolutely useless product if you are a small business that can’t afford to pay monthly for a Google page!

First it took forever to arrive, then it was the wrong product and it is so confusing to set up I just give up. No instructions, this really is a very shabby operation and product and I would not recommend to anyone. Doesn't scan, Bluetooth doesn't read. I paid $68 for these plastic cards that do nothing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Just got it,seed 5 days postage turned up 12 days no updates, you can tracked from funny app looked like chinese don't now what is all about clearly comes from China and then passed to Yeodel....
You can't give review if you have no Google account another thing is you can scan code but it takes you to Google email and password and lots people don't even remember google password so they can't leave review ANOTHER GOMMIC WASTE OF TIME WILL APPLY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Don't bother bad communication and still not received mine been waiting 3 weeks. Next day delivery on amazon for the same product, at least your get it!

If I could give 0 stars twice, I would! I placed my order (#12547) on January 28th, and despite sending five emails requesting a shipping update, I received no response. To make matters worse, my order was only shipped on February 12th—more than two weeks later! Absolutely unacceptable service. Poor communication, terrible response time, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would never recommend ReviewBoost to anyone. What a joke!

Do not use this company. Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived and also paid for fastest delivery. No response to chat or email on their website and also you get bombarded with 2 to 3 emails daily from them

I have received the incorrect order and no one from customer care has responded? Order no #11942. Please get in touch as this is very bad service!

I have messaged ReviewBoost on their chat on the website and no one has gotten back to me at all and it’s getting frustrating!!

My review plaque I received is working fine but my Instagram plaque doesn’t work and I just need to know how I can fix it so I can put it up in my shop but it seems you guys are too busy to get back to your customers!!!!

Customer support is very very poor and I’m disappointed to say the least.

Couldn't verify card because code looked like a1 but turned out was i. Someone got back to me about it, verified it, and today 2 days after receiving, 2 new reviews collected.

It all sounds good but what they don't tell you is, your signing up for an ongoing monthly bill. This is not mentioned anywhere, when purchasing. I bought the 5 review special, it's in a drawer just sitting there now.

Card hasn't arrived after 6 days
Their UK number we have attempted to call doesn't work - unknown number
Tracking link via email is defective and just gives an inaccessible URL
Online live chat is offline at 3:45pm UK time

I did not receive the card first as AusPost had lost it , but after communication with the ReviewBoost company they were kind enough to send another one. The card works well and staff are much happier to open it up with our clients.

Inundated with emails. No sign of my card arriving. Gimmicky to say the least.

It was one of the best moves for my business I've made, point, clients scan, and new reviews. Easy

The item arrived after 26 days and is working fine. I'm very happy with the product but a little unhappy with the delivery time.

Getting 5 star reviews used to be very hard for me in the past, now it simple. We have seen around 30 new reviews in the past month
I have gained 10 5 star reviews since I have received my review card 2 weeks ago. They are happy to scan or tap on my card and write the reviews.

Great product and experience with the team at Reviewboost. Couldnt recommend it more. Getting many more reviews ever since I received their product.

Overall very please with how these work, was a easy setup and can say that we have seen a increase in new reviews as each customer now is able to just tap or scan before leaving.

I’m the owner of a small beauty clinic and I do all my own social media. Receiving reviews took me ages even a month to receive one! with my reaching out to satisfied customers. Within the past few weeks we have received more than 20!! It is so easy and exciting to have this very important key to a successful business. I would highly recommend this product!!

Around 3 months ago we decided to get some of the google stands for our skin clinic in the Gold Coast, the setup was very simple and easy and the result of having these placed near our register has been very good. We started with around 12 reviews before hand and now have around 120. Each client loves to just tap or scan the QR code.
