In my personal experience, I would strongly advise others not to use this firm.

I felt that Aina Khan was far more focused on billing and fees than on properly representing me. Despite the seriousness of my case, she appeared poorly prepared and unprofessional, to the extent that my own barrister stated in front of the judge that I should dismiss her due to the lack of preparation. That moment alone speaks volumes.

When I raised my serious dissatisfaction with the service and offered to pay 50% of the bill, reflecting the work and outcome, the matter was immediately passed to a credit recovery agent (Ronda Jackson), who began applying pressure and threatening court action instead of attempting any reasonable resolution.

This experience left me feeling that the priority was money over client care, professionalism, or results. I found the handling of my case extremely disappointing and stressful, and I regret choosing this firm.

Based on my experience, I would urge anyone considering legal representation to look elsewhere.

Wrote a review regarding shentons solicitors, they claimed i was never a client i was asked to supply proof i sent email and letters from the solicitors no response from review solicitors to my emails and contact form I even phoned they claimed no contact by phone for reviews

My scoring reflects what I think the value of the site may well be.
Most when instructing a solicitor have little idea as to quality, cost or expertise in a particular area of the law. This site goes some way in addressing this question. I am not without any knowledge of lawyers and the workings of the law. I left a positive review of one solicitor, based upon my own experience. Mine was the first review of this firm who are first class in the area of law my case involved. The site as it builds up an increasing number of reviews will become of greater value. The purpose of the site is of value. Getting enough users of the law to leave reviews and others to read the reviews are clearly key. In more detail many firms have solicitors or other suitably qualified persons for the handling of a case. All potential customers of a solicitor should ask questions as to who will be handling my case, and delve a little more into experience and likely costs.
For personal injury claims for example you may be referred to a firm by a motor insurer, legal expense insurer or another third party intermediary. This often will not reflect your options, in the main you can use any solicitor of your choosing. There may be conditions around this but keep in mind your rights.
To confirm again this site is of value, if as with other sites recommendations are not posted by corrupt solicitors. Solicitor firms are regulated by an organisation by the title of SRA who will advise if a firm or individual solicitor has issues logged against them.

Dreadful company. After selling my home I received a link from my solicitors to review the service I had via these people. I did so and no issues. When I next used solicitors to sell a property and recieved another link to leave a review them this site did not work. It let me log in but every time I tried to leave a review I was directed to a 'page not found' lander. Eventually I rang to enquire what the problem might be. They could not have been less interested and didn't even want to know what the issue was, just told me to send an email to 'info@' which I did but they were too ignorant or indifferent to even answer that. As I had good service from my solicitors I wanted to leave another review for their separate service so did so by setting up a new account with this clown show. That review went through without problem.

I don’t have to deal with house sale that often. I had been put in touch with Ralph Sayer. The whole experience was simple and felt they looked after me. The communication was excellent.
