Not trustworthy and even takes the effort to lie
Got a bag through vinted, before ordering asked if it had any stains or scratches, which they said "no it's like new". Upon receiving the bag it not only had scratches but also three stains. I flagged the item, told them that it had blue stains on a white bag which were non removable and would like to return the bag. Vinted's policy on returning an item depends on the seller: they can choose to either let the buyer pay for the return, pay for the return themselves or full refund and let the buyer keep the item. I told them: since i had asked BEFORE ordering if the bag had no stains and issues, while upon receiving this white bag had, that it wouldn't be fair to let me pay for the return shipping. Well guess what? She let me pay for the shipping AND said that it was Vinted's policy to let the buyer pay for the return shipping, and not her choice.
Obviously, they are not trustworthy and I would not recommend them.
