Fantastic customer experience

We saw a great M4 online and within 24 hours it was picked up and on the drive. From start to finish Mark and team made the process smooth and easy. When we arrived the car was immaculate and we were given a fair price for our car. Mark and the team have been a real pleasure and made the whole process simple! Thank you Mark and team!

Brilliant dealer

Brilliant dealer! We came to them wanting to buy a car and sell ours but unfortunately the car we wanted had been sold, but they went above and beyond in still helping us sell our car even though we weren’t buying from them, really good customer service highly recommend to everyone! Thankyou again for helping us!

I have purchased 4 cars from Mark over…

I have purchased 4 cars from Mark over the past ten years and sold him 5. Each time it’s been a very seamless transaction, all queries delt with promptly. All cars were as described and very nicely presented.
I didn’t buy each car because it was Mark selling it, they just seem to stock the sort of quality I look for, they seem to have a good eye for quality stock.
Would I buy from them again? 100 percent yes. Would I do the 8 hour round trip again… probably no! Not getting any Younger! Rather pay extra for delivery!

The free comprehensive warranty is also a bonus.

AVOID!

Take head of the other poor reviews on here.
I bought a vehicle from them and had nothing but problems with it, they will ignore you or push you down the route of the 6 month warranty you get with the vehicle.
Let me tell you that is not worth the paper it its written on.
All in all, the costs to make the vehicle road worthy was nearly £10,000, avoid at all cost

Avoid at ALL costs

Avoid at ALL costs – dishonest, unprofessional, and disgraceful

I had one of the worst car-buying experiences of my life with this company.

Before purchasing, I was explicitly told the vehicle had full Volkswagen service history. After buying the car, I checked directly with Volkswagen — surprise surprise — there was NO full service history at all. I was blatantly lied to.

When I called the company to raise this, instead of taking responsibility, they literally laughed down the phone and told me “you should have checked before you bought it, not our problem.” After that, they blocked my number.

Absolutely shocking behaviour. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Once they have your money, they couldn’t care less.

This isn’t just poor customer service — this is misrepresentation and outright dishonesty. Selling cars under false claims and then mocking customers when caught says everything about their ethics.

If you’re considering buying from these people: DON’T. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Take your business elsewhere to someone who actually has integrity.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews as I am a business owner myself - I would consider removing my review if the owner contacted me with a apology on behalf off the sales man I dealt with & compensation.

⭐ NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR ⭐️

⭐ 1 STAR – AVOID

I am in the motor trade myself, so I am very familiar with vehicle standards, preparation levels, and how stock should be retailed.

I purchased an Audi RS3 from Revitup UK, dealing directly with Mark. The car was advertised as “no prep needed” and “retail ready.” Based on this, I paid £25,000.

The reality could not have been further from the truth.

Upon inspection after purchase, the vehicle required:
• 4 new tyres (all tyres where bald on the inner edges .
• New front discs and pads
• Both Matrix LED headlights were faulty making it impossible to drive in the dark.
• Digital Dash damaged has a massive scratch running threw it.
• large bit of lacquer peel on the rear bumper corner .
• Oil leaking from the sump.
" THE LIST GOES ON".

This is not “retail ready” by any stretch of the imagination — especially coming from a company selling performance vehicles at this price point.
Clearly no pre checks go into there cars , how they can let a car go out like this even into Trade is beyond me!!
57% good reviews to 43% bad ones on here ..... I'll say no more the bad will soon outweigh the good .

To make matters worse, the car still had stocking finance outstanding, This took well over a month to be cleared despite countless phone calls and chasing. This caused unnecessary stress and delay and should never happen in a professional transaction.

They are very quick to take your money, but the moment any issues arise, communication becomes almost non-existent. Calls go unanswered, messages ignored — easily some of the hardest people I’ve ever had to get hold of in the trade.

Overall, the experience was extremely poor and completely unprofessional. Based on my dealings, the term rogue traders unfortunately feels appropriate. It’s no surprise to hear they are closing their doors.

I only wish I had read the other reviews before dealing with them — it would have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration.

⚠️Proceed with extreme caution ⚠️

AVIOD DEALSHIP AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Easily the most unprofessional experience I’ve had when trying to buy a car.

I first enquired about an M135i and from the beginning communication was slow and inconsistent but I gave them the benefit of doubt. After speaking on Wednesday and Thursday I was ignored on Friday until I chased again on Saturday. I was then told the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday, so I arranged to take a day of annual leave off work to meet them halfway.

On Monday they gave very limited updates, and only when I chased repeatedly. They never contacted me proactively, and eventually told me the car had “failed its PDI” and needed new tyres meaning they wouldn’t be able to get the car to me. Had I not called them, I wouldn’t have known anything. I ended up wasting the whole day waiting around and taking time off work.

They then promised to deliver the car to me on Tuesday. I cleared my entire evening for this, again based on what they told me. And again, I received no updates, no delivery, and was completely ignored until the day had passed.

Throughout the whole process, everything was on me to chase. I offered multiple times to pay a deposit to secure the car, but they never accepted it or communicated properly.

After a full week of wasted time, two disrupted days, and getting everything ready to buy the car, I then found out through their social media, not through them, that the car had been sold to someone else.

If this is how they treat someone who is ready to buy immediately, I can’t imagine how they treat customers after money has changed hands. Listen to the other reviews. They’re not lying.

This dealership simply cannot be trusted.

I would avoid buying a car from here at…

I would avoid buying a car from here at all costs. My husband travelled from Leeds to purchase a car from Revitup and in the same day the engine management light came on. We were advised to get a full diagnostic report which highlighted three issues with the car. From that moment on our calls were ignored so we had no choice but to try and claim via our credit card. Revitup then had the cheek to say that they’ve been trying to get in touch with us to rectify the issues which was absolute rubbish! Avoid at all costs or at lest use your credit card and fingers crossed you will be able to claim any out off pocket expenses back.

£17000 vehicle lasted less than 3…

£17000 vehicle lasted less than 3 weeks. Broke down, paid for recovery, had an assessment via a specialist who advised it needed a New engine.
Ask for a full refund of the vehicle.

Revitup Wanted to claim via our warranty to have it fixed and pay the rest, telling us that this was normal procedure!!and we wait for it to be repaired and returned in the mean time!
We took it to trading standards after daily lies!
Asked for a full refund they kept stalling on this to get past the 30day refund policy.
Whilst we were getting ready to go to court they paid up!
Count myself lucky considering the reviews here!
Clearly just selling poorly modified cars without a care in the world
