As I was confirming payment of some "gut Health" or weight loss supplements. I got a notice on the screen telling me I would get my next auto-shipment of the product on Oct. 14th. I didn't want an automatic charge for more of this product before I could try it out within the first 90 days of use. I called the 1-800 number and was greeted by a customers service rep. who immediately resolved this issue and sent me a confirmation email of resolution. So far, so good. I only hope the product is as good as the customer service I received.

Honestly you are sending way too many articles to my emails and I’ve tried to adjust these on the page you have in which to do so, however, I’m unable to do so on the page to make the changes as to what I want to receive because it jumps right to the page without me being able to make changes. I mean there is mail coming in every few minutes. I’m unable to do anything else,
I try reading them, but there’s just too many coming in at one time. I have Zoom to enlarge page but as I try to mark what I want and don’t want, it immediately goes to a page, therefore, my carpal tunnel hands cannot handle receiving these articles every few minutes.
Can you help me or send it another way so I can actually see what there is to choose from?
I have grandchildren and am unable to spend time with them or get anything else done having my phone constantly receiving all this mail. I do not have FB anymore so you’ll have to send to my email where everything else seems to be coming into.

So I thought I would purchase this product after watching the rather lengthy infomercial. ‘Sometimes you just got to try things for yourself,’ I thought.. True, the discount adverts are relentless.. but I see why though.. They’re trying to save you pennies —and while that’s good, we aren’t all made of money to purchase several bottles all at once. Anyway, I quickly wrote to customer services, and immediately I received a response as my order was stuck in the system. A simple email outlying the problem and an instruction to say, “please don’t debit my credit card for that massive amount, as I only wanted to have one bottle for starters.” They replied and did as I politely requested. Today, I again wrote to them regarding any further automatic orders, and again within five minutes, I’ve received a reply —not an automated one. No, one from one of their (human) customer services representatives and they have cancelled (for now). However, it must be hard to see so many negative reviews about a company, who may just have the answer to weight loss.. but like everything, IT IS NOT a magic pill. We just have to eat more fruit and vegetables, eat less sugar, and invest in a really good pair of running shoes, whilst taking the supplements. The FREE chocolates are delicious and guess what? I didn’t want any dinner that evening at all, only after eating ONE chocolate bar! They’re tiny too, so go figure. Is it psychological? I don’t know —but wow! if that works, then let’s see what the pills do for me.
