This is scam company. I bought a dress and it came from China. Very poor quality. Nothing like the picture. Refused to provided return address and refused to refund the £110. Total scammers.

I’ve been waiting for a refund since end of March !

2 months after placing the order there is still no product, communication is abysmal, just one saying that the carrier has lost the parcel.

Absolutely appalling.
Dress arrived, which was supposed to be linen, it certainly was not!
Too expensive to return item, didn't realise when I ordered the dress it was from China, as the name suggests it is in London.

Ordered 2 dresses for summer advertised as a quality fabric and kept popping up in my Instagram newsfeed. Took 2 weeks to arrive which isn't a big deal. However, items received are not made in the UK (as suggested by the website name) and absolutely nothing resembling the pictures on the site. These are total Chinese replicas and such bad quality that it can only be used as rags. Tried contacting for a refund so many times and they keep avoiding it by replying the returns will be shipped outside UK and will cost me. Still no return address given. Completely wasted my money wish I had seen these reviews first.

This is a sham company that openly breaks consumer law in the UK regarding return policies. You have to email customer service. A chatbot clearly writes the responses and there is nothing you can do about getting your money back. They should not be allowed to operate or sell to people living in the UK.

Agree with all the others … wish I read first … total con, do not buy from this company, from Asia and too expensive to return so they keep giving you discounts… I’ve noticed the same clothes popping up on all different names sites so no way of stopping them, they will just keep renaming the business!!! Do not buy …..

Order a dress. When it arrived was too big. Asked for refund..they try to avoid. Not impressed at all. Do not shop..

An absolute scam. This business is totally untrustworthy.
Garments received are cheap and nasty - and the refund policy is as described already. Offered 20% of cost as it is expensive to return to Asia

I feel like I have been totally conned! No where on the website it says that the items come from Asia. I needed a dress for an event and as it took more than 2 weeks for delivery I had to order another one from somewhere else. I tried to stop the delivery before it came with them saying it is too late (that is understandable) and how they would give me 20% off if I keep the item. I said no, I will be sending it back when it is received as I do not want the item and need my money back as I had to purchase another dress. Then when it came I emailed them, like it says to do on their website, and said I would like to return it. I then got another email saying how they can give me 20% off and how it will cost me to return to Asia! I have been emailing them, but I am not getting anywhere. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I purchased as I have now just wasted £40!
Please do not order from this company.

Complete and utter Chinese tat. This company is not London based, I can’t imagine Tatler or Esquire have promoted this. I have just wasted £40 and what should have been a dress but turned out to be a rag. Do not buy from this company

Very disappointed, items ordered were described as quality garments but were very poor quality. The longer length shorts were very thin material, not like the advertised photo and poorly made. The summer top and trousers were again very poor quality. The size I ordered was 16-18, I am a UK 14-16 but the items were more like a size 12. They offered me alternative items or 20% discount as long as I didn’t ask for a refund. 3rd email and I still haven’t received the return address they now say is in Asia and will be costly to return. The small number of items available only go up to 16/18 so there is no point accepting an alternative even though they said keep original items - none of this makes sense. Definitely NOT a London company I can’t understand how
they had so many top brands affiliated with them, it is obviously a Chinese company selling cheap items for a lot more than they are worth.

What an absolute disgrace this company are!! Do not purchase anything from them. I received the wrong order. Shoes were advertised as leather and they are plastic and the wrong size. The company refused to provide a full refund and offered me £8. An absolute disgrace, false advertising and poor products!!!

Waited a couple of weeks for polo shirt to arrive. Shirt was average quality, poor stitching on badge and three sizes too small. I was fooled by the Revive-London name, it’s made and shipped from China. Tried to return, if I want a refund I have to pay the shipping back to China! Dreadful company.

So great! Customer service is so lovely. Had the pleasure of talking to Jodie and she was amazing when it came to dealing with my order. Recommend to all.

I ordered two hoodies over 2 weeks ago and they have not arrived. it should take 2-3 days. i have emailed the sales team multiple times and they have not responded.

it seems the company is not running anymore as i cant see any posts on their social media since last year....

Disappointed that I bought a track suit from here and the hoodie was to big so I sent it back for a smaller one then they say there out of stock and will be in soon that was nearly 3 months ago if I would have known there not getting any in I would have sent the jogging bottoms back as well.

Ordered quite a few t shirts and hoodies from revive great service and good quality product.

Disappointed that sale goods increased in price closer to pay day and reduce down. Discount codes not working and despite attempting to make contact there has been no reply. Sadly I won't be completing my order for this reason.
