Warranee is an absolute gem! She has helped me out in more ways than one and has even gone above and beyond. The stress this company has taken off my shoulders is unbelievable. 10/10 would recommend

I was lied to from the beginning. I specifically said if this agreement would affect my credit history I would NOT GO through with it. I was promised it would be an informal debt agreement or verbal agreement and would not go on my credit file. Everything went well they collected all the details and started collecting my payments right away. After about the 7th or 8th payment for my application (about $500-600) came time to sign the debt agreement I was told that it was a part 9 debt agreement and that was all they could offer me and if I didn’t go through with it I’d lose my 500-600. This was a shock, a massive let down and 100% I was lied too. Yea it ultimately was my decision to go through with it but I was lied too and felt like I had no other choice seeing as I had already reached out for help for a debt agreement and 2 more months had past worsening my position. Revive financial also use a payment provider called ezi debit and just google ezy debit reviews and you will see they are scamming ripoffs making money out of people already in bad situations. Communication was extremely poor at times and if you want to change your payments if issues arise they won’t let you. You will also be scammed out of $15 everytime you miss a payment or try to change a payment and revive financial don’t respond or don’t acknowledge anything you email them. Revive staff (M Chua) was Constantly sending **HIGH PRIORITY** or **URGENT** emails and it gets annoying after you have already explained your situation to them. Staff (M Chua) are abrupt, condescending and rude and zero people skills, no compassion and doesn’t really get real life situations outside of her job!! If you miss payments revive staff (M Chua) are forever threatening you with creditors terminating your debt agreement. 5 years of this sh*t finally coming to an end this friday. Also revive say they are making your debts smaller when in fact they are just paying creditors about 60% of your total debts and then they pocket the rest with account fees over the course of your debt agreement. All they really do is stop the interest on debts and phone calls. Bad reviews say it all about revive financial. If I could go back I would never engage with revive financial. DONT FALL for their lies to get you to sign up for a debt agreement that won’t have any adverse affects on your credit history because it will be on your credit file for 5 years. Don’t fall for the spill about an “informal debt agreement” because revive will throw you onto a part 9 debt agreement! Would give negative 5 stars if I could. NEVER AGAIN! Try to find any other solution other than this!

I have had the easiest time with revive they provided a solution that was achievable for me, I didn’t have an enormous amount of debt but I had other things get on the way of being able to repay it sustainably and I cried with happiness when they said they could help, the service is fantastic and very responsive
