Fast booking and really good service
Front screen got damaged to the point it was impossible to see anything, I could not even tell if the damage was limited to just the screen or if any internal damage was suffered.
I booked an appointment for the next morning and even arrived a bit early, I was still able to leave it with them as I went to work then came back to find it fully fixed and got additional feedback there were no internal issues.
Would highly recommend them for phone repairs.

Was quoted £850 by EE to fix my phone which i new was wrong as i even knew the problem with the phone, sent away to EE never got it back for two weeks after i said i wasnt paying that money took it to revive and they fixed my phone and i got it back the day after. Fantastic service

Destroyed my phone
Seemingly fixed my phone but then i dropped it from a small height a few weeks later and it wouldnt turn on. Took it to Apple who told me Revive Lab had fixed it wrong and completely destroyed it. Had to buy a new phone.

We are sad to hear you weren't satisfied with our service! Unfortunately our warranty doesn't extend past 3 months and does not cover accidental damage - which is also the policy of the manufacturer of the device.
Upon checking our system, it seems your device was booked in with us about 6 months ago. Before the device was handed back to you, 2 members of staff have tested the device - and the repair itself was executed by our head technician. So we are truly confident that we have not destroyed your device - the drop you have mentioned could have caused some physical damage to the internals of the phone, though.
However, as a gesture of good will we are prepared to offer you free diagnostics for the device in question.
