Scammers. I came across their products via a Facebook Ad. I then had this saved for later where I eventually went ahead and ordered their RevGlow Pro product. Their website looks pretty neat and authentic but be advised they do not reply to your messages at all no matter which platform you reach. I accidentally ordered 2 RevGlow Pro products and I only noticed it when I got the message from the bank for the transaction. These kind of mistakes happen and should be able to rectified by contacting support. I tried sending messages and explaining them my whole situation through their website's contact form, Instagram profile, TikTok profile, Facebook Profile etc... but to no avail, messages sent were not even seen or read. They sure do go big with banner popups and whatnot on their website for the 30 day money back guarantee but how can you fulfill that when they do not reply to your queries at all. I hear their RevKing & RevDash products are utter rubbish and do not do justice for how they advertise them on their websites and social media but in my case the RevGlow Pro actually was alright to be honest. It did it's job and the mobile app lets you display many animations, even custom ones. But overall due to the really bad experience that I had with trying to reach them I would not recommend RevKing at all to anybody.

RideKingz/ Revkingz (Same company/ scams) Like the other negative reviews, I have also not been successful in returning the 5 sets I bought, under the pretense that you can “connect with your crew”. These will not allow more than 2 devices to connect, and while using intercom mode you must have BT off - rendering music impossible. I am well within the advertised “30 day - No questions asked” return window, and after the company required me to send them “proof” of the limited functionality, they have stopped communicating with me. Furthermore, I have left 3 separate reviews on their website to warn people, and each time my review has been immediately taken down.

this system is pure junk. poor volume and interconnect capability. avoid buying or recommending this to anyone. i filled in the return form and got a message that it was an invalid form. SCAM. AVOID.

The best purchase I made in 2023. The product they sell has so much fun. I even bought a gift for my son from there. He's a car guy lol. Customer support was also helpful.

Yes it’s a scam no response what so ever after multiple emails and Insta messaging and the product sounds nothing like the ads . Stay away .

They claim that if the device does not work in your car that you have 30 days to return the product, this is all a lie, I have been trying to contact them for 15 days since they delivered the product to me, and they do not respond anywhere, clearly it is a scam.
