I’ve tried to purchase a new 28” hard case suitcase after a wheel was ripped off by an airline. Each time I’ve tried, my order was cancelled with absolutely no explanation. I contacted customer service but they didn’t respond to my email. So disappointing, company is probably going out of business.
Bought a carry on revo luggage, trusting it a said made in US and 10 year warranty. Nope what a dissappintment! Plastic starting to crack as like becoming briddle. Contacted customer service and got nowhere as they claim the bag shoild had an inside label, send them pictures of suitcase from every corner to show them. Send picture of purchase receipt. Not able to get warranty. Save your money and buy something else.
