They gave me the wrong appointment day. And when I went no one was in the office. Called and was told that the appointment was 2 days before that.

Hearing aids are not much better than my old ones. They cost a lot of money. I did not get the pricing allowance from AETNA.

I ended up going to another Audiologist…
I ended up going to another Audiologist who spent an hour on Joe's hearing aids. They were a problem much of the tine he has had them. Now they are working great.

Still waiting for call to set up in…
Still waiting for Revolution Hearing call to set up in home visit. I am 81-year-old home confined lady. Part of problem could be at my end as my house ph. & c # could not take inbound calls for a few days. As of today, both phones are working. hope they see this and call me @ C# soon to set up appointment for some time in early June. Using to days date as date of experience as I do not remember what day I called them late last week.

My brother and I got hearing aids a year ago and they stop work within the first year. The representative left the company and we were unable to get any one to help fix them, they are useless at this point.
