I ordered one time from them and supposedly the shit man got lost called a couple of days later didn’t see my shipment moving as they gave me the tracking information. They said they’re gonna give me my money back. I’m still waiting so at this point I will never order from them again they did give me a 10% coupon but I don’t want 10% like you guys suck seriously, you can’t tell me I ordered and you give me a tracking information and then four days later I don’t see it moving from California. It’s coming all the way on the East Coast and it’s not moving and then it’s around Christmas time a week before Christmas and you’re telling me you got lost come on are they even a real company? I don’t know. I just want my money back and if I don’t get it, I’m a lawyer. Trust me. I’m gonna get it. meanwhile, I did get a wonderful lady on the phone. Her name was Christian with a K and she told me she knows about the negative reviews but if you guys know that you have negative reviews then why don’t you do something about it meanwhile you got all these representatives all over the world because you guys are 24 hours Monday through Thursday so what’s up what’s going on? This is what I’m saying so I don’t know if I’m gonna come back and give them another bed with you until I get my money back in my account, but this was a very what do you call it? I’m very bitter taste in my mouth when it was my first time ordering I will never use them again for anything.
Will not shop here again due to cost of returns.
I purchased a dress for $380 and only received $271 back as a refund. I appreciate the ease of returning but not the high cost. I will not shop again.

This is hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had. They were so helpful and truly owned any problem that came up. You can really tell they care about making sure you’re happy—it felt personal and sincere.

Excellent customer service from Tara at Revolve. I submitted a complaint on December 11, and by December 12 she had already offered multiple solutions. She was kind, quick to respond, and very helpful. Truly appreciated!

Pricey item, shipped awful and wrong. Chose UPS specifically...got Ontrac-did not want them do not like them...thanks for not acknowledging my preference REVOLVE! Box arrived at my door completely opened-I took pics. They also shipped the wrong size. So now more wasted time and effort for somebody/ a company that cant do their job correctly. Won't be buying from them again and returning my item! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Misleading returns information
I’ve bought from revolve several times and generally had no issues, however, there was a dress that didn’t fit me well and I planned to return. It stated that I had until the 11th of November to return. Every other site that I have purchased from requires you to INITIATE the return by that date. I haven’t been able to ship anything out until now, (the 9th of November) but it now states that it is no longer eligible for a refund. I’m extremely disappointed as I went over their returns policy several times when I received it and it in no way stated that they had to RECEIVE the return by the date stated, which must be the case here as they would not receive the item by the 11th if I were to ship it today.
Quality issues. Fast fashion at luxury prices.
You should be aware that most of their in-house brands are of poor quality and tend to fall apart after just one wash. They're pretty much fast fashion at luxury prices. The items I have purchased and loved were also carried at FWRD. I recommend their sister site more and will not be buying from Revolve again due to quality issues!
Beautiful clothes and customer service
The product is amazing and when I had an issue with sizing they quickly arranged a return and refund of the wrong size helping me to re order the right size. I was nervous as the items are more expensive than the high street - but the customer service was exceptional and the dress was absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend the service and the products.
Fantastic Experience
Not normally one to write reviews, but was very sceptical about ordering as saw quite a few bad reviews but placed an order anyway.

I'm not the one to write reviews often, but I had to write one tonight. I just had one of the best and kindest support experiences ever. I recently ordered a package from Revolve and received a wrong item. They were so quick to fix it, I don't think I ever had such a pleasant experience with a support agent!
Their clothes are pricey but they will make sure the shopping experience is a 100% in every way!

Never had a bad experience
Been ordering from here for years and have never had a bad experience. Nearly everything I've ordered I've loved and is exactly as I expected. There have only been a few I didn't love, but Revolve has probably the easiest return process.

Terrible quality – broke after one wear
I bought the Tony Bianco Sakai Slingback Pumps from Revolve as a gift for my girlfriend, and the quality is honestly shocking. She wore them for the first time and one of the straps instantly became loose, making the shoe slip off her foot. On top of that, part of the sole actually broke, with a metal piece sticking out underneath.
For such an expensive pair of shoes, this is completely unacceptable. We expected far better quality control. I’ve contacted Revolve for a refund or replacement, but I’m really disappointed that something at this price point could fall apart after just one wear.

I’ve been helped through text by two different representatives (Yvette & Jap aka Japet) and my experience with both of them was amazing! They were both extremely kind, caring, and helpful! Literally they are super wonderful! I definitely feel like their support team is chefs kiss, it makes me want to keep shopping with Revolve, I recommend reaching out to their team through text if you need any assistance they go above and beyond!

Revolve received my return totalling £488 on the 06/08 to their UK warehouse. It is now 30/09 and still NO REFUND. I used the Royal Mail label that they provided and the tracking shows delivered. They are claiming they cannot locate my return and are point blank refusing to refund me until they do! This is ILLEGAL in the UK. I should have received my refund no later than 14 days after it was delivered. I’m taking them to court to get my money back after months of back and forth and extreme emotional stress.

Revolve stated that there was a problem with payment from PayPal and credit card
Revolve stated that there was a problem with PayPal verification. Rejected the order. Not once, but three times. My PayPal account is 18 years old and never had a problem before. I tried a credit card. Revolve stores the credit card on their system, appears to be no way to delete. Same problem. Credit card from major bank, never had a problem before. Revolve did not try to fix the problem, just emailed nonsense asking for verification to be completed on PayPal and credit card.
