I purchased a dress from Revolve. A truly beautiful and timeless design.

I did face an issue with my order, but Neka from customer service handled it with great care and professionalism. I appreciate how Revolve resolved the situation and stood behind their customer experience.

I made a purchase .. I even used zip pay for it .. then I received an email that my purchased needed to be verified . I called and spoke to someone who said oh yeah you need to send a copy of your identification like your drivers license in so we can verify that is you ???? Does that even make sense . If that does sound like fraud . I said you can immediately cancel my order !

I honestly don't know about all these bad reviews, I had a great experience. Maybe it's a hit or miss with this company. I bought a skirt and saw lower pricing on Nordstrom and they matched it no questions asked, plus an additional 10%

I love the clothes I get from revolve! They're always in perfect shape and no smell like other online stores. Customer service is excellent and shipping is always fast

WOW! I received my shoes after just two days but the shoe had a minor rip in them. Mailen Revolve and was taken care of RIGHT away. They sent me a new pair and refunded me for the return shipping fee. The new shoes arrived befor I could even send the original ones in return! Just to days!

I have never in my life experienced such incredible customer support. I can’t actually believe how amazing the team were to me. I am a loyal customer for life and I will fight anybody who argues different. Revolve deserves an award.

Fast shipping, excellent selection and qualirty!

I purchased from Revolve for the first time. My order total for £330 for 3 items, so an average of £100+ per item. The clothes arrived stuffed into a DHL box that was clearly too small to fit the order. I wish I could attached a photo of what I received. Mass market brands whose items are worth 1/5 of this price pack and ship with more respect and diligence to their buyers. How is one supposed to enjoy or even try on a purchase when it's received in such state? I will be returning the entire order and needless to say I also won't be your customer in future.

I ordered in April and never received a shipping update nor my order. The customer service also never replied. Will see if I can ask my bank to refund my money back. Feels like a scam.

I had a very positive experience with Revolve’s customer service. I didn’t realize that the item I purchased was part of the final sale and normally would not be eligible for a return. Under usual circumstances, I would have only received a store credit or voucher, but out of goodwill, they refunded the full amount. I truly appreciate this kind and customer-oriented gesture. Surprised to see negative reviews - maybe the happy customers aren’t writing reviews.

I’ve been a loyal Revolve customer for years, and I can confidently say I’ve never been more impressed by a company and its customer service. In a world where it’s rare to speak to an actual person, Revolve continues to stand out. Every time I have a question or need help with a return, I can simply call their customer service number and immediately speak to a real, friendly, and incredibly helpful team member. They’re always so upbeat, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist—following up promptly and making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Recently, I experienced a house fire and had to replace most of my wardrobe quickly for several upcoming events. It was an incredibly stressful time, but Revolve came through for me in a big way. They shipped everything out quickly, worked to track down the few items that were delayed, and even provided a credit to make up for the inconvenience—all without me even having to ask. It was above and beyond, and I truly felt supported through the whole process.

The company charged me twice for transactions of less than one pound and never refunded the amounts, even though I managed to cancel my order just in time after placing it. Be careful, everyone — I suspect this is a scam website given they asked me to send the amount of the transactions to them to verify that the card was mine (why in a hell would you do that ? ). Never happened to me before an online website ask such a security info to be shared.

I won’t be ordering from this website again.
First, I paid cash for an item and when I returned it, they refused to refund my money—only gave me store credit.
Then I ordered Prada sunglasses and received them with two cases: a fabric Celine case and a Prada hard case that looks used.
Now I’m not even sure if the sunglasses are new or authentic.
This is unacceptable. Prada should seriously reconsider working with this retailer

I would give this company a zero if I could. They took a preorder and can’t deliver and give you. I information. While every single other retailer released the shoe a couple days later - this company six weeks later still brushes me off and can’t fill the order. Now the shoe is worth more and would cost me an extra $50 to buy it somewhere else.

I received a tarnished ring and they got me a replacement in two days. They did not make me send back the original ring. Every time I have an issue with this company they are extremely quick to respond and make it right. They often offer discount codes on top of the original resolution. Their returns and refunds are super quick. Will always order from here.

I have submitted return requests. 4 times and it didn’t work out and now I am stuck with 800 AED (250$) jeans who doesn’t fit me. Worst service ever

I get nervous trying new platforms to buy clothes, but this site is actually great! I’ve ordered twice, and both times I received my order on time and—my favorite thing—they included a return shipping label so I could return anything that didn’t fit, which is such a no brainer given that you can’t physically try on the clothes before buying. I’ll def be purchasing from here in the future.
