Revolve’s customer service and issue resolution process is a JOKE!
Absolutely furious with how Revolve has handled my situation regarding a lost return package. Despite being a massive company with the resources to resolve such issues, they have done nothing but pass the blame and leave me, the customer, stuck in limbo.
I followed their return process exactly as instructed, using the return label they provided and their chosen logistics partner, Homerr. When the package went missing, Homerr confirmed that only Revolve could initiate a package investigation. But instead of taking responsibility and starting the investigation, Revolve outright refused to help, claiming they couldn’t act because I filed a chargeback with Klarna.
Even Klarna has told me that no further action is needed on my part and that this matter needs to be resolved between Revolve and Homerr. Yet Revolve continues to ignore their role and refuses to collaborate. Their response? Initially, they told me I couldn’t make any more orders until the issue was resolved. After I pushed them to do the right thing, they offered me a 15% discount code for my next order—as if making another purchase would somehow fix this! All I wanted was for them to take responsibility and follow the clear advice given by both the logistics company and Klarna.
This is not what I expect from such a well-known company. Revolve has all the resources and ability to handle this, but they refuse to take accountability and instead leave their customers hanging. This experience has completely shattered my trust in their service. If anything ever goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help from them—you’ll be left to deal with everything yourself.
Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else, where the company actually values its customers and takes responsibility for their processes. Revolve’s behavior is disgraceful.

TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM, BUYERS BEWARE. Placed an order 4 days ago, confirmed my email and answered phone call verification call within minutes of the order. Order still on hold, not shipped. Called customer service and they said even though the transaction cleared my credit card, I would need to place a second order using PayPal So I can be charged twice, really?
Won’t refund when package not delivered
I made a previous order that wasn’t delivered so this time I put instructions only to deliver to me and my phone number but the courier didn’t listen! Revolve is saying because they refunded the order last year, they won’t this time, what does that have to do with your courier losing my bag! Then they ignore my request to log a formal compliant
Positive customer experience!
I am British but based in Italy and was shopping for an occasion dress when I decided to try Revolve for the first time as I was impressed with their inclusive prices (no extra customs/taxes), free delivery and returns. I had to call their customer services a couple of times as I had an issue with my bank authorising the payment (not Revolve's fault) and each time they answered the phone quickly and were friendly and helpful.
Delivery was quick and reliable through FedEx. I didn't end up keeping any of the dresses because they were too big (my fault for ordering the wrong size) but returning was easy with a preprepared returns label provided my Revolve. I'll definitely order from them again!

Very high level of customer service
Very high level of customer service. Have shopped with them for years and should any issue occur they are always very speedy at rectifying it, someone answers the customer service number within 2 mins, and the process is very easy. Today I was sent the wrong skirt, after notifying them they sent the correct one immediately (before I had even returned the other one) and also refunded me 10% of the cost as a good will. Free returns label inside the package also. Refreshingly honest and easy to deal with company.
Revolve is really the best all around
Revolve is my absolute favorite site to shop for many reasons. The product selection is fantastic, shipping is crazy fast usually next day and I live in Canada, returns are SO easy, they’re absolutely trustworthy and have the best customer service ever. Whenever I’ve needed assistance they’re lightning fast, effective and the whole experience is so customer-friendly. I felt compelled to write this review because shopping with other retailers is never as great as with Revolve and I often find myself thinking “Revolve would never do this” when I encounter less than stellar customer service elsewhere. Revolve has got it right! My favorite site to shop for good reason ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very disappointing experience with Revolve
Last week, I placed an order using a 20% discount code for order B276217914. When the item arrived, it was too big and didn’t meet my expectations. The next day, I tried to place a replacement order, but the system wouldn’t allow me to proceed. Frustrated, I decided to try again the following day, only to find that the discount code was no longer valid.
I reached out to customer service, explained the situation, and asked for assistance. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to honor the original discount and only offered me a new 10% discount code—which, to make matters worse, wasn’t even applicable to the items I wanted to buy.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with Revolve. On a previous occasion, my order was lost and didn’t arrive in time for a wedding I was attending. I was extremely disappointed then as well. When I contacted them, they once again provided me with a discount code that didn’t work.
It’s so exhausting to go through these issues every time, and I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and handling of problems. It seems like they are consistently unhelpful when something goes wrong.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered some trainers to the UK but did not realise the website was US based so the sizing is different. I used the what's app chat option (great feature BTW) and within 5 mins my order was corrected to the size I need, the sales representative I was connected to was brilliant and dealt with my issue immediately..... Fantastic service =)

Worst return experience
I received my dress on 6 of August, i returned the dress to carrier on the 24th and was received by Revolve.com on the next day. After multiple followups they decided to ask for the return shipping tracking number on the 11th of Sept!! (which means the dress has been already received but they were unable to relocate it)
The dress has been in their custody for the 23 days and then informed me that the dress has stain. 23 days!! They don’t know where they inspected it in which country. They refused to give me pictures. I’m so mad and frustrated. I have contacted more than 17 customer representatives everyone of them is saying something contradicts the next rep. Horrible website

Its a been a month since I made an order, shipment has not been received till now, they keep on giving misleading information. And as of today UPS has informed me that revolve has stopped the shipment from being delivered.
Worst customer service ever.
Abysmal customer service
Revolve's customer service is abysmal and in need of substantial improvement. On September 5th, I submitted a request for a price match and received automated response stating, "We have received your email and will get back to you within 24 hours." Today is September 9th, and my request has not been addressed.
Their website clearly states they will price match products. I found an identical item priced $10 lower on a competitor's site and, instead of immediately honouring the price match (which is so simple and straightforward to verify), I was asked to submit an official request through the "Contact Us" page— I did that, provided both links to their product and the competitor’s with a clear $10 price difference. And now, the competitor’s promotion has ended, and Revolve not only failed to price match, but they didn’t even bother to respond to my request. But in the meantime, they successfully sent me 12 promotional emails about new arrivals, best-selling items, and irrelevant content like "Welcome to NYC." One would expect that Revolve would prioritise honouring what they publicly state - their price match policy and their promise to respond within 24 hours. If you publicly commit to responding to customers within 24 hours, you should stand by that promise. And if you state you will price match - that too should be honoured and streamlined rather than unnecessarily complicated. I haven't even bought my first product from this company and I already don't trust them.
The return process is such a mess
The return process is such a mess. There is no return button on the web to initiate a return. I had to email customer service to find out how to return. Turns out the return address on their website and the the same return address confirmed by their customer service was an old one. I had to send another email to customer service to find out where is my return. And they told me I posted to the wrong address. What the hell?
The only good thing of my first Revolve shopping express is their customer service does respond fairly quickly. But that’s it. I won’t shop on this website again.
Best customer service ever
The customer service was incredibly fast, reliable, helpful and overall lovely! Offered me a full refund when the dress I bought unfortunately lost quite a lot of sequins after a first wear. Let me keep the dress and also gave me a %15 discount for my next purchase. Completely hassle free and I did not have to push for a refund at all, best company/customer service I have ever dealt with.

I never ordered anything from this company, and somehow my credit card showed a bill for $39.95. I did a Google search and there is hardly any information about this company. What does this company sell anyway? Whatever it is, I never received it. So I am calling my bank to dispute the charge.
