Hi Neil,

Having a look at your name, we have found the order you had placed with us. Your review is a false and damaging claim to our business. We have many customers who have bought from us and been happy with the service and goods. Your claims simply don’t match up with what actually happened.

You claimed to "check stock". You emailed in asking for the stock of 5x Ubiquiti Access Points. Not the 5 Pack; you asked for the Ubiquiti Access Point in a quantity of five. You then ordered the Ubiquiti 5 Pack which is different to the one you enquired about in the email. If you would have checked stock for the right item, we wouldn't be here.

The message where card processing fees won't be refunded is shown three times during checkout so you were well aware of it.

As our payment gateway called Stripe charges a fee for all transactions, we have a policy where if you don't check stock, you don't get your processing fees back. It's quite simple. We didn't claim refund will take 10 days, it is not our fault you are unsuitable in checking if the correct item is stocked and ordering it. You are simply a customer who can't admit their own mistakes.
