Disappointed
Disappointed with Revs this year. I loved the sandals I bought two and half years ago, once the issue of sizing was resolved. There was again an issue with sizing this time, but my main disappointment is that the massage surface of the sole is not the same as previously. There is no longer a support under the arch. This reduces the massaging effect a lot for me. The current sandals are not really that different from Scholls which are half the price, though probably Revs are a smarter look. Lisa in customer services was very helpful and I was able to exchange the first pair for another smaller size. I have decided to give these sandals a chance and wear them in - although the previous pair did not require any wearing in but felt completely comfortable immediately. I might well be looking at other companies next time I need to replace my massage sandals. I wonder if there is anything Rev's can do to bring back the arch support of the previous model?

Hi, we are so sorry to hear you are disappointed with the new design of our sandals. We have tried to strike a balance by making the shoes more comfortable while still providing a great massage. We don't like to hear of customers struggling and giving up during the initial period of getting used to the soles so we hoped the new designs would be able to be worn for longer, sooner.
At last I have found these!!
At last I have found the quality massage sandals I had been hunting for. I had a pair similar to these 30 years ago that had worn out - the only sandal that my feet aren't achy in at the end of a day of standing / walking. Once you get used to these you'll love them. Pop them on after a day at work and feel the aches in your feet disappear! Would recommend Rev's !

Comfortable and well made reflexology shoes
The shoes arrived quickly and are great. I have worn reflexology footwear for many years in the home and these are lovely and well made. I am very happy with them.
