This company is an absolute Scam!

This company is an absolute scam. There are so many messages here all repeating the same experience, with the same long delays.

I signed up for Three using this reward scheme, woth the agreement that at 60days into the new contract, reward is issued. At 60 days, error message comes up on their website. I send an email and get a reply asking for my Three order number. I send this and get told to wait a week for the next response. I wait a week, no reply. I send an email, still no reply. It's now been 2 weeks since I heard from them and 25 days passed the 60day waiting time to collect this reward. Also 3 emails with no reply since Jan 7th.

100% do not waste your time with this company. No doubt this is a scam and if it's not it is 100% a poorly run operation that is designed to make sure you do not collect the reward you signed up for.

At first I doubt it's credibility

At first I doubt it's credibility, but after 3 months when I try to claim my reward, it really works! At first I has troubled located my order number, and then the staff are so helpful and they processed my request effectively and in a professional manner. Thanks so much for your help and I proudly received an Amazon gift card with the help from them.

Awful customer service little to no reply back from the company and there is no phone number, Scam company

I have contacted Rewards for switching after having an issue redeeming after wating for the initial 90 day period, and while I have only had 1 email back from them, after having this issue, I have sent them a number of emails just asking for a response back for an update, but nothing from them! I haven't even been given no phone number to contact them direct, and consequently they haven't asked me for my phone number and so I can't speak to someone directly for an update, their customer care is atrocious, this just seems like a scam company to me.

I waited the full 90 days

I waited the full 90 days, I had logged in about 6 or 7 times before the redemption and every time I was able to log in, it gave me the exact date i took out the contract and how many days 8 had until I could redeem and then all of a sudden on the exact day of redemption they could no longer find my details and told me to email. I have emailed 3 times now and it has been over 2 weeks and no response. There is no other email or contact number. I am worried this is a scam. Has anyobe else had this issue? Thanks

UPDATE: All Sorted now (I've had the same issue as others)

UPDATE:
Great service from them after I emailed - replied within a day or so and then on it was constant. There was a slight delay as the product i wanted wasn't in stock so they sent me an amazon gift voucher to speed things along so i didnt have to wait.

I've had the same issue as others, tried redeeming my code and said there was an issue. I can't believe that there is a 5 day wait for a reply - ridiculous!

Clearly something going on...

Edit 24hrs later:
Had an email this morning confirming everything... voucher arrived minutes later.

Basically another review echoing everyone else.

Waited 90 days, tried code and it wouldn't work. Emailed, waited 8 days to be told they'd chase Three and it "could take up to a week".

Over 2 weeks later, nothing. I doubt I'll see the voucher.

Appalling Service

Mirroring others' experiences, waited 90 days to make claim - 31st Jan. Code wouldn't work so emailed.

Had to wait a week for a reply - when they did respond, they advised they would put my order in manually for the claim. They took my number so I would receive delivery updates but had nothing.

Have heard nothing else since. I asked for an update on when to expect delivery, no further emails received from them. Appalling customer service. I wouldn't have bothered with the switch if I'd know how bad the claim for the reward was going to be.

Its now almost 3 weeks since my initial email. The problem is, its a week's wait for a response to any email - not just your initial email. Rather than have someone managing your claim, it sounds like they're just barely managing an overflowing inbox. No organisation at all.

Signed up to Vodafone broadband due to…

Signed up to Vodafone broadband due to a competitive deal when factoring in the reward for switching.

Waited the required 90 days, tried to use the code they issued and it didn’t work.

Emailed them and allowed them 6 working days to reply (they ask for 5). Emailed them again over the weekend, giving them 1 day to reply.

No response and a very poor process. Clearly not the first customer to go through this. Needs sorting, not good enough.

Frustrating that I'm having to come on…

Frustrating that I'm having to come on here and leave a review, however, attempts to get in touch with these guys have been ignored.
Same story as everyone else seems to have - reach the qualifying period to find that "theres a problem verifying"
Emailed with the requested details and now hear nothing back.
Is this is a scam? I don't know, but i suspect they are getting paid by vodafone while they fall to meet their obligations.
I'll be honest, i chose vodafone because the reward was the best available - there was little other difference between the various broadband providers at the time.
If rewards for switching actually decide to get in touch and resolve this issue then I'll change my review - until then it looks pretty scammy.

Contacted info at rewardforswitching got a reply saying they are checking with Vodafone and heard nothing since, no replies to my follow up emails

Can't fault them

Got the reward code via Vodafone broadband.

Waited the 90 days to become eligible.

Entered the code on the site, it didn't work.

Emailed their support who asked for my Vodafone order number.

Sent that over and they checked it with Vodafone, all good.

Got my voucher the same day.

10/10 for service.

I thought this was a scam but got the reward and ended up happy

Update: To be fair to them they did come good in the end - I have my reward and am happy with the result. They could do with improving their tech and communication but rating changed to reflect an eventual good outcome.

Original: I waited my 90 days, tried to use my claim code and found the website hangs when submitting - its easy to see that there are errors on the page which are preventing progress. Emailed them, did get a reply asking for the tracking code (no doubt so they can claim the commission), but all subsequent emails over the last 2 weeks are now bouncing with a mailbox full error. There are no other ways to contact listed, and no replies to Facebook messages. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service as you are unlikely to get the reward you're expecting.

Very helpful person

Very helpful. I had the good fortune of being assisted by Jack, who helped sort out the problems I had with getting my Code to work. Made picking a item easy and was very pleasant to speak with.

It is a genuine offer

I wish to retract my previous review, there can be issues in claiming, you may he informed you are not eligible, but get in touch with their customer service department, and although it may take a few days for them to respond, give them the time required and they will honour their obligations. (Others reviews are accurate. It is a scam you get an error message saying details not valid;
‘The details you entered don’t match our records as being eligible to claim.’
And no contact details for the company anywhere on their website.)

Clear scam

Clear scam. Page times out until the 30 days are up and then says you are too late. Used a clean browser too so make sure nothing was blocking anything.
