Since your review, we’ve made several improvements based on user feedback. Our approval system has been updated — most surveys and small to medium offers are now approved instantly with no waiting. Larger offers may still appear as pending, but our team reviews and approves them much faster than before. We’ve also significantly improved our withdrawal processing speed.

Regarding verification, we have introduced a more advanced security system. Verification is not required for every user. It is only triggered if our system detects unusual activity on an account. This helps protect both users and the platform from fraud.

For identity verification, we use Verisoul, a trusted third-party verification provider used across many platforms and compliant with industry security standards.

Hi,

Thank you for your review. We want to clarify that all offers under $2 on your account were approved instantly, exactly as our system works. Only one offer went to pending because its value was above $2, which is a normal and clearly stated procedure. During our checks, we found that the account belongs to a user from India but was accessed from France using a VPN or proxy. The use of VPN/proxy is strictly not allowed on our platform, and for this reason the account was permanently banned. The ban was based on a clear violation of our anti-fraud policy and not because of pending earnings. We always pay honest users and take these actions only to protect advertisers and the platform from abuse.

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback. I reviewed your account to understand what happened so I can explain everything clearly.

Your first Torox offer was charged back by the offerwall, and this automatically increased your Chargeback Rate.
As clearly stated in our FAQ, when a user’s Chargeback Rate is higher than 10%, all new offers and surveys enter Pending for manual verification. This is a protection system used across the GPT industry.

After reviewing your second offer, we initially declined it by mistake. Once we rechecked it, we confirmed the offer was valid and we approved it, and the reward has already been added to your account.

Just to clarify how our system works:

When a user has a high Chargeback Rate (>10%), all activities go to Pending.

When the Chargeback Rate drops below 10% by completing valid offers, the system returns to normal:
• offers under $2 credit instantly
• all surveys credit instantly
• only high-value offers may require manual verification

Also, we want to be very clear:
We never decline valid offers to keep money.
If an offer is charged back, we also do not get paid, so there is no benefit for us to decline anything unfairly.

The only issue here was a small manual review mistake, which we already corrected.

Unfortunately, sometimes certain offers may fail to track properly due to technical or provider-side issues. In these cases, the first step is always to contact our support team, so we can investigate and help you. However, we did not find any support request from you before this review.

To assist you quickly, please send us the following details at support@rewardora.com

- The name of the offer

- The offer provider (Ayet, torox, bitlabs , etc.)

- A proof of completion (screenshot of completion / confirmation page)

Once we receive this information, we will open an investigation with the provider and do our best to help you get your missing credits.

• Surveys:
All survey rewards are always credited instantly, no matter the amount.

• Offers:

If an offer reward is under $2, it is credited instantly.

If an offer reward is $2 or above, it moves to Pending, and our team manually reviews it.

These pending offers are usually approved within a few hours, and the maximum approval time is 24 hours.

• Withdrawals:
We don’t claim to provide instant payments.
Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours, often the same day.
However, to keep the platform safe and fair, we sometimes need extra time to verify requests.
The maximum withdrawal time is 48 hours.
If it ever takes longer, please contact our support and we will check it immediately.

Multiple accounts on the same device/IP

Location inconsistencies

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you described.

For clarification: Rewardora does not offer Bitcoin voucher or Bitcoin Lightning voucher payouts.

We only send Bitcoin directly to your wallet address entered during withdrawal.
We never generate voucher codes of any kind.

So if you received a message saying a voucher was “already redeemed,” that code did not come from our platform.
