I ordered a dash cam with two hard-wiring kits. There are multiple types of hard-wiring kits. I bought the wrong kits. I returned the camera and the hard-wiring kits unused and essentially unopened. I lost $40 from a total of ~$170 for this mistake. I was charged a restocking fee and a return shipping fee. Will never buy again from this company.

The so-called restocking fee is 50% of the actual cost of the item. I was never informed that this is per item. Again, this is a company to avoid. My worst online shopping experience.

UPDATE: The company contacted me to demand that I change my review. They offered to refund a part of $40 ONLY if I changed my review. I asked them to refund first which they refused. I decided not to be black-mailed this way.

Our DT2 dash cam works perfectly. The instructions and installation were pretty quick and easy. The features are just what we needed and we're very pleased with the item.

Great product and great support

Rexing has rolled out yet another solid 4-channel dash cam that provides exceptional full coverage recording. The product is advertised to capture the front, rear, driver side, and cabin, but given the adjustability of the two side cameras (rotate and angle), you can customize your zones of coverage to your needs and wants. Similar to the previous model's 4CH dashcam, however, the video and photo resolution is capped at 1080p. However, I find the quality of the recordings to be acceptable. Rexing's dashcams, since the early days, are renown for being feature-packed. I won't belabor them here, as other reviews have covered them all. But I do want to highlight a few features that I appreciate about this particular model (R4MD): One nifty feature is the auto IR LED mode (basically night-vision), which allows you to capture better fidelity night time recordings. Another unique feature about this Rexing dash-cam is, unlike some of their other previous models, this unit has a built-in smart hardwire kit to automatically detect any movements or impact while the vehicle is parked and the engine turned off. Usually, a separate kit would need to be purchased to support this kind of feature. I'm glad to see Rexing finally integrate this kit into the dashcam itself. Makes installation even more straight forward. So this is truly an all-in-one package! You're getting a lot of value with this R4MD dashcam that other brands can't match. If you can get this on sale, I think it'll be well worth it for the protection and peace of mind it'll give you. Highly recommended!

I was expecting to be able to use the play store and download apps. It's doesn't allow me to.

For the price, this dash cam is a really good value. The front and rear video quality is clear, and | like how small and lightweight the cameras are. The Wi-Fi also makes it easy to review and save clips. I do wish it included options for side cameras for even more coverage, but for the money, it's a great setup. REXING is the vast dash cam in the market

It's was fast that I received your product. And it's working well with my second dash cam.

Supply better adhesives. OR MAKE THE MOUNT OUT OF A MORE COMPATIBLE MATERIAL. I'm on my second adhesive. I've only had it for less than a week and it already doesn't stick. Anytime the temperature exceeds 70° My device doesn't stick. everyday I get off work I find it fallen off on the floor. One of these days it's going to hit my gear shift and crack. So unhappy with this product.

Edited to note: I did clean the dashboard and the base of the mount with alcohol. The problem is not that it doesn't stick to the dashboard. The mount itself does not stick to the adhesive.

Great company and great products. I had a camera that I have used for several years and really like it. So, when I needed to connect my RV radio to android auto.I went back to a trusted company. The new product was all I expected. quality and easy install.
