That's very simple to sum up.

- more than 150 days of delivery (30 days max annouced)
- customer service not responding. (ignoring my questions ?)
- when the order finally arrives, missing products.

So what's good then ? Well, when you receive your product (if they end up not being forgotten), you can't even be satisfied of the product itself because of the experience you just had.

Quite simply the worst buying experience of my life (passed and future, for sure).

Edit : I have made several orders at the end of 2025 (and I regret ofc)
2nd Edit : My 2nd order's tracking now shows "lost by the transporter" and the customer support won't even bother to answer my request so I cannot get a refund or anything else.

Very beautiful product, the after sales service is very good you can ask them the questions you want the only bad point is on the time of the delivering.

Reyes is a SCAM. My son saved up €220 and transferred the money (through a Tikkie) but never received ANYTHING.
My son was in utter tears.
My advise: do NOT buy from Reyes!!!
They should be prosecuted

This mark is absolutely a must-have in your pantry, so cool shape design and cool stuff, not a big fan of recent new shop but still some good stuff

Ordered in August and receive the package yesterday. Quality is alright, but absolutely not worth the 5 MONTHS of wait for the order to be delivered.
Customer service blatantly lied multiple times about the status of the order, which still took more than a month to reach destination after they said “1 to 2 days”.
Refunds are not possible ofc, as after this ridiculously long wait all they offered was an 8 euros voucher, which needless to say I will never use as I’m never gonna shop there again.
