Reyes Auto Glass = $15k Damage

We paid out of pocket for a windshield change on our Toyota truck. We did everything "paperless," so we failed to obtain a proper warranty. How bad could that be? $15k and one year later a slow leak completely damaged the electrical unit of the engine. Because we did not initially go through our insurance company, they would not pay for the claim. Both the insurance company and Toyota certified mechanic blamed Reyes. Over the past year, they did change the wording a bit on their website regarding warranty, so I leads me to believe we were not the only customers who suffered a horrendous outcome.
