Do not use this company! I took a night bus from Puerto Maldonado to Arequipa, paid for the ‘cams’ seat. The trip was going fine for the first 2-3 hours, then it started to rain. Once it started to rain, the bus was leaking and I was soaked. The rest of the bus ride was a horror, imagine being soaked on a bus for 12 hours.
Not worth the money!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR LIFE The bus crashed twice into 2 different cars and didn't stop to check if the people in the cars were fine, neither they checked on the passangers after all being flew away after a very strong break. We couldn't move from our seats the whole journey (10h) because we were afraid of being knocked down with the maniac driving. Once,I told my Peruvian friends about it,they said that is normal behaviour for that company and they don't try to use it,they don't care about safety.
