When you need to change your car I strongly suggest you look no further than Reynolds of Selby. We had seen a vehicle on their website and knowing the popularity we decided to go look the following day which happened to be a Sunday. On arriving we were able to look around the car lot without being jumped upon by an over excited sales person and in fact we were treated with dignity and respect when we couldn't find the car we'd hope to see. Unfortunately it was locked in the garage and having travelled 40 miles it was a bit disappointing. Our host, Wayne, was having none of that and suggested we put down a minimum returnable deposit and we could return at our convenience to view and test drive. We did just that and the following Sunday we ended up buying the car. At this point I would rant and rave at the injustice of the used car industry advertising a price that is as near to on road as the sky is to the ground. Not so with Reynolds, barring the road tax there were no hidden "you must have this and you've got have that" costs, in fact they gave me half a tank of fuel for the "wasted" journey the previous week, unnecessary but well appreciated. A week later, after a free service and Christnas break I'm on the road feeling like I've won a decent prize on the lottery. Thanks Reynolds of Selby. I'm sure you'll have plenty more satisfied customer with those high standards. Absolutely 5 Star

Can't recommend the team at Reynolds of Selby enough. I bought a car last month and the process from end to end was superb.

I live in Northern Ireland so it was a daunting process committing to buying a car from a dealer so far away but the service I received was first class.

I am very particular about the cars that I buy so before travelling Richard give me a full run down of the car and sent a video walk-round allowing me to see the condition and features in video as it's difficult to get a true feel for the car from pictures.

They also offer the free airport pick up service which was great. I was picked up from Manchester airport and brought right to the front door to meet Richard. This service took a lot of pressure of the organising of my travel.

Even when I found a small fault with the car, they were on hand to advise and help me get it sorted. Their after sales service is amazing especially considering of the location differences.

Overall it was a really enjoyable experience dealing with Richard and the team.

Just bought a car from Reynolds of selby after a few months ago purchasing one for my father in law what I really liked was we just drove up and straight away got a test drive and when we got back to the garage they had valued ours we did a deal on the same day which I liked excellent staff and made the process so easy would definitely recommend to other family and friends

Serviced car and organised a minor repair with no inconvenience to us and excellent communication throughout the 2 appointments. Collection/delivery service a god send. Having purchased the car from Richard earlier this year, who was straight talking and a pleasure to deal with and having used the service desk, can say we were very happy.

This is the first time we have used Raynolds of Selby but it will definitely not be the last the before during and after care have all been exceptional. The owner and all the staff delt with us brilliantly.

It is not simply their 'slogan' or 'business statement'!

The outstanding service they have provided for the vehicles owned by my wife and I, proves undeniably, that this philosophy really is uppermost in the minds of all their staff and at the heart and soul of their workmanship.

I have had cars since 1970 and have never ever, found a garage who come anywhere near the superb standard of service provided by Reynolds Of Selby. Well done to Richard and all the staff and many thanks, you all deserve ten stars not just five!.

Recently, when it was time for my car's MOT and service, I booked it into Reynolds again. The telephone call to the service department was courteous and efficient with my date of choice being available. Again, the car drop-off was quick, with the service staff double checking what work I required. Later that morning I received a call detailing what was required for the MOT issues with a very competitive price being quoted. As I couldn't collect the car that afternoon, Reynolds were happy to keep it overnight for me. The next morning when I collected my car, everything had been sorted and the car given a full valet and wash - excellent customer service!

Excellent service from Richard. The maintenance to my car was done on a day convenient to me and was collected and delivered back to me at the times agreed. Richard was very polite and the car came back having been thoroughly cleaned. The price was competitive. A very good experience.
