Home security alarm upgrade

Very easy experience. Emma and Ronnie were very helpful, explaining the options for my rather out of date existing system. All options were reasonably priced. I chose to go with upgrading the system, Dan was very tidy and patiently explained everything. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent electronic security company

We can't recommend this company highly enough. From dealing with Emma in the office - who is extremely helpful & friendly, to having a survey done by Ronnie, & a very professional install by Dan & Ronnie. The whole experience was excellent. Dan was very patient & informative, taking the time to explain how the app worked, with our new security camera system. We would definitely use them again.

Fire Alar, Door Access and Emergency Lighting

RFS Technology have been looking after our fire alarm and door access systems for many years and we are always happy with the service they provide.
We have recently asked them to also carry out a service of the emergency lighting at our facility and have asked them to continue to do this on an annual basis.
All their staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and give straight forward and useful advice. They provide an all-round excellent service.
We have no hesitation in recommending them as a team you can trust. We look forward to continuing to working with such a great company. Highly recommended! 5 STARS *****

Excellent service

RFS have been looking after our alarm system for more than 15 years and we have always been very pleased with their excellent service, friendly staff and helpful support and advice. Today's annual service visit was thorough, straightforward and Dan was tidy, considerate and very pleasant to have visit our home. Much appreciated! 5 Stars!

Although the alarm system installation…

Although the alarm system installation took a whole day which was quite long but the engineer was so good that taking care the procedure very carefully. He was also very good to teach us how to use the system in details.
