Ordered a pair of 22oz selvedge jeans

Ordered a pair of 22oz selvedge jeans. They sent me a pair tagged 32 but actually measured 34”. When I emailed them they said I was wrong and they suggested I wear a belt!!!. I had to take a picture of me measuring the waist to get them to accept the fact that there size 32 is actually a 34. They then said I can mail it back for an exchange. But they refused to pay for the return mailing. When I told them fine I’ll go onto Social Media with the email and pictures they changed their mind and said that they would give me “store credit” for the cost of mailing the jeans back. After they received the jeans I mailed back (I took a video of myself in th post office putting the jeans into the envelope and attaching the mailing label for proof!!”) they then mailed me a new size 32”. When I received them they actually measured 33”. I gave up and took the loss

SHADY Chinese company claiming to be US seller. JUNK comes from Asia.

This is a Chinese company called RG Denim or Redline Gentry pretending to be an American company. You can see them all over Facebook and Instagram. I bought a jacket and used their measuring standards and the jacket is STILL too small. a 4XL is only a XL in USA. They are using overseas measuring but they do not identify themselves as a Chinese Company. I get the jacket (leather) and first thing it STINKS of chemicals. NOT leather tanning but of some horrid stinking chemicals. Then I find its too small even after following their guidelines: Their 4XL should be like a USA 2XL. No its more like XL. I tried to return it and they would NOT send a return label and wanted me to just mail it back to them for an exchange. It would have cost $92 dollars USD and after fighting with them for a week all I could get them to do is offer $60 for the shipping to return/exchange it. That is asinine. I told them I didnt want an exchange as of this point I am suspicious of just what they would do. I advised my credit card company and they told me they would handle it. The company then reached out and again tried to get me to take the $60 and then spend $32 of my money to send it back. I asked the CC company about that and they said these Asian companies will promise you things to get you to drop the complaint knowing if you drop it the CC company will close it and you are then on your own. I told the company send me a return shipping label and I would send it back. They then ghosted me and the credit card company credited back my money and I have a stinky, too small jacket. The jacket is not worth the money I paid. You will know what they are if you are on Facebook, or Ebay; you will see the B3 Aviator jackets and they price between 150 and 400 dollars. They are not worth anywhere near it. They are cheap junk made in Pakistan for Chinese companies. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RG DENIM or REDLINE GENTRY as they are the same company out of CHINA.
