Sceptic gives it a try
I have been reading and considering several product and a bit of a sceptic but decided to have a go. I'm in my late 50s menopausal on HRT still had occasional symptoms hence giving it a try.
Fast delivery, well packed.
I add the powder to yoghurt as I can be put off by funny tastes and textures. (I tried it in water but didn't like it) . I have been taking Rheal Balance Tonic for about 10 days and do feel less "puffy/bloated" I have lost a few pounds in weight but my exercise has increased a bit in the same time frame. My mood is good and feels more stable. It's early days but feeling good and continuing for a few months.

Been taking clean greens for a while…
Been taking clean greens for a while now . After a trumatic spell in hospital with AML, I started it to help my body after treatment. Now nearly 4 years in remission. I will keep on ordering and taking it. So easy to take and the service is great.
