Been using the RhinoGear nose strips +…

Been using the RhinoGear nose strips + mouth tape for the last couple weeks and the difference has honestly been noticeable. The nose strips open your airways way more than the cheap supermarket ones and actually stay on through the night.
The mouth tape is surprisingly comfortable too - woke up feeling less dry, slept deeper and breathing felt way better overall. Also been using the nose strips for gym sessions and cardio which actually helps a lot during harder workouts.
Packaging and quality feels premium as well. Definitely recommend trying Rhino Gear if you want better sleep, recovery and easier breathing.
